Always thought that some kind of WBC content would be a really cool addition to the game. However, since it only takes place every four years it's kind of discouraging that we haven't heard any news regarding this new game as I only see them incorporating the WBC during a year when it is actually taking place. That may not be the case, but I'm not expecting to see it featured now until 2027 at the earliest.

So there is another choice pack to be revealed in the digital deluxe and captins edition which I beleive will be a WBC theme pack.
The contents will be simple these will be captins style cards for national players
For example Freddie Freeman will be for Canada and will give players from Canada a boost when using them.
I guess you were kinda right :).
To me, now it is pretty clear, what we get with the digital deluxe/captain editions:
- Special Uniform Pack —> WBC Uniforms
- Choice Pack —> WBC Classic Players
Additionally, the WBC-Around-the-World is a choice pack, because in the trailer it says „Pack 1“, so imo it is a series of packs we can buy at the market
