I just checked their Twitter post. Yeesh. And I thought this forum was a bunch of whinebabies. My goodness.
The people on twitter are morons lol. They wanted a bunch of cards that they don't have the rights to. The only real outrageous choice is Cy Young over Rice. The other 4 are fine compared to what those teams had as options
I feel like they could make Cy good but yeah there is nothing outlandish on here given who is available. I would have preferred Halladay (assuming it's a good version) to Shawn Green but it's not a big deal.
I love Shawn Green Swing.
Shawn greens stats were shown on Twitter and he's a monster this year
I just saw Shawn and Posadas stats,.. I’m going to love Posada. All of his cards are awesome. That Shawn Green though….hmmm he could be one of the best hitting cards in the program. Curious to see the rest of the cards. Tbh I haven’t been that excited about the names they’ve announced so far. Also is it just me or is that the worst card art? And to use it twice in one year….not a fan of it.
Where are you seeing their attributes?
On twitter. I just saw Tori hunter and Cliff Lee too. Tori Hunter looks insane…cliff lee not so much.
What's not to like about Lee? He has the highest BB/9 attribute in the history of this game lol. Doesn't matter what his H/9 is when he is painting dots all game long

Low hits per 9,low Ks per 9,low velocity but he does have high BB per 9 and a pretty good pitch mix. I guess he could be a Glavine,Maddux type but he’s definitely not blowing anyone away.

Ozzie, Bay, Sandberg, Fielder, and Morgan. I'm at 9.5 out of 26 correct. Not my best work

I mean they have surprised alot of people. Have to admit Bay was no where on my radar for the Pirates. Don't get me wrong I'm happy it's him as he made a name for himself in Pittsburgh but I had the Cobra in there over him.
I really like this NL Central pack alot Fielder it gonna mash
-
After being terribly disappointed by AL West/NL East, I'm kind of excited for NL Central.
- Jason Bay - I think he's underrated. Great swing.
- Joe Morgan - should be excellent, although 2B is stacked with Cano and the new Ray Durham.
- Prince Fielder - Could be fun. But not sure how he'll be much different than Thome, Gehrig, Giambi etc.
- Ozzie Smith - Meh.
- Ryne Sandberg - Worst choice in this division. I was hoping for Billy Williams.

The only one revealed so far that wasn't on my radar at all was Glavine. Most of the ones that I've gotten wrong would have probably been my second guess. Bay was probably my 3rd guess for the pirates though

Joe Morgan. The best out of all of them for ME. Now if they just release McCovey in the NL West I'll be fine with 2 cards.
-
Maybe we get Gossage for Padres, which would be a plus. I expect Sutton for Dodgers now.
Overall, only 3-4 of these cards excite me. Am glad Oswalt and Glavine will get 99s

You have seen some of the attribute they have revealed so far right? These things are juiced. While they aren't exciting names some of these cards will be incredible

I agree 100% with you here.
Ozzie never fits because I already have a page full of other options….crushing with cano currently, but would give morgan some reps….99 Williams has to be coming elsewhere then….if he doesn’t arrive I will write a strongly worded post to SDS, that I subsequently delete for fear of banishment….free Billy!!!

What are the last 5 teams remaining? There is 5 remaining right? I'm excited to see the final cards and what the rewards will be for the collection likely that'll be announced tonight or tomorrow before it goes live right?
I can't wait to see what card comes for the collection, and also wondering if these legends of the franchise will have a big reward.
Perhaps Walter Johnson finest ? lol or perhaps we finally get a good Mantle or Griffey that we've been waiting for. -
These cards may be meh for some but prices will be high. I guarantee you however these will need to be collected for the next collection player reward. Since you only can get 12 I am sure these cards will go for a premium also

Have they said you only get 12? Traditionally it has been 3 per division so 18.

ah heard a rumor on 12. Nothing official yet. Hope it is 18 also

I was really hoping for Gibson for the Cardinals. Even though I like Ozzie and his Takashi card was surprisingly good, there are just too many other better options at SS.

99 Williams as in Ted Williams? He's not in the game this year. Forgive me if you are referring to another Williams. Billy perhaps?

Yeah, @dbub_PSN had said he was hoping for Billy Williams as the cub and I adamantly agreed.

Obviously my reading skills stink. I went back and saw Billy. Agree always a good card.

There are some on twitter.
Green, Posada, Lee and Hunter have had attributes revealed
