How prepared are you for this week's Big Collection?

Not happening til September and that the way i like it…keeps me interested in the game

I have every non-Live player card available other than what was released yesterday. And five million stubs to purchase whatever is missing.

Finest LeiterMy feeling is that I will be able to skip Finest. I can't imagine that I will need Ryan, but I may pick him up anyway. I think I am in good shape overall. People have complained a lot about Pedro having poor hit per 9's. Part of me think he will be a Finest reward, but part of me thinks that SDS gives us a fan favorite here (Griffey/Mantle/Trout).

You might not have to skip any tbh. There are only 9 finest total and Leiter is the only one remotely going to be expensive(Not counting Brett who you would have in the process If collection 2 anyway). I imagine you would I ly need 7 or 8 of them

Missing 71 available cards (Biggio doesn’t count), but around 450K in pocket change so I could probably knock that down to about 50.
My problem is I set a goal to spend zero on the cover cards, and I’m still 4 short. If I can skip 2 vouchers (Jackie & Mauer) I’ll be ok. Otherwise, I’m toast.

I have at least 90% of every collection so hopefully that's enough. I'm sitting on some duplicates hoping they spike in value after the collection is dropped.

This will be the big question. Will they only require 16 Vouchers which allows skipping 2? Will they add in a finest category which would make for a total of 19 collections? Or do they allow us to skip just one of the 18 (or perhaps 19 with finest) collections. I skipped Future Stars for Brett, but I'm also behind on All Stars and getting Jackie. I'm also worried about Takashi set as some of the guys from the newest pack and still high priced.

Once I get through the future of the franchise part of the event which I’m 2 away from I’ll have 90% of all cards minus takashi.
I’m pretty sure it will be a reliever so I’m not worried about it right away.

I am probably good to complete it day one, but unless it is just someone I love, I will not necessarily be motivated to. I haven't played much at all the past week as I have lost most interest in the game. I still have about six AS Choice packs to get and then need to buy a few of the others now that they are cheap and I will be good with AS. Have every other card in the game except the new Event and RS from yesterday.

It will most likely only be skip 1 regardless of whether finest is included or not. So I'm guessing you will need to be caught up on everything except Jackie including finest

I'm gonna be close. I'd need a few more cards if Jackie is required. Otherwise I've got Brett, Mauer, Babe and 90+% of all legends and flashbacks.

I don't have the new Leiter or Minoso, but I believe they do not drop until Noon (san Diego time) today (2 more hours). But I may be wrong on that!
Ok, I am wrong about Leiter he already dropped, but I didn't see the card since there isn't a Finest collection yet! Minnie drops at noon today.

I respect your goal on the covers and of course understand not having Jackie yet as well. It seems like they cranked up the number of cards needed this year. Hopefully it will be a card you like and that you could have the vouchers needed without abandoning your goal!

Finest collection will most likely come out in late September/ Early October but it might be a nice collection reward/program this year. I have a few of the Finest cards already (Brett, Webb, Wilson and of course Vogelbach) out of all of them Brett and Wilson are still in my everyday lineup.
