Early swing low pci is the new perfect perfect ...... when s#cking is rewarded !!! What a game ! Full of mystery and more mystery and new mystery I'm so exciting for the next upgrade .... I hardly suggest to just stop trying it's getting worst every time.

Have we all not realized this game is totally based on the quality of the connection you have with your opponent? Timing for hitting and pitching is off if you have a weird connection. I’ve switched from ps5 to series x this year and any time I play an Xbox player my connection is better and therefore I hit/pitch better. It’s just the way it is..

But that’s the problem. If people can exploit its because there is a problem with the game. You can’t exploit the game unless there are deficiencies that allow it.

I've been playing events non-stop for the last month because they keep coming out and I want all the rewards but I finally sat back and played some rank seasons and I'm just having way more fun. All Star is awful and takes very little skill. I feel there is less rng on Hall of fame. I have not played legend yet but that was not fun last year.
No, it doesn't. All you see are collection guys that foul off 8 pitches per at bat. Particularly liked the game I was squaring balls up with 100+ power guys but 89 power Utley hits an 11 pci and it's a bomb. Game is a joke. Truth hurts.

It's always been like that. Once you get past all-star hell, it becomes a little more skilled base.
I may be in a minority on this forum because it's nothing but cry babies but I haven't played ranked seasons in a couple weeks because of all the events. The last two days I've played nothing but ranked seasons and I don't know if it's 120 hertz or what but the game has been playing so smooth and it's been so fun. No warping pictures, no Burger King or dormitory wi-fi. It's been awesome!

If collection guys didn't make you better, no one would use them.
They don’t make you better, your ability to place the pci and timing make you better. The results may be more palatable with collection players with souped up attributes but the class of card certainly doesn’t factor into the skill based features of the game. Stop with the tin foil hat conspiracies. It just makes you sound ignorant.

I've played since mlb 08. This is by far the worst game they have put out diamond dynasty wise. If they don't patch this game and fix it up I'll have to give next years a miss

You are saying I sound ignorant while stating hitting with Collections Thomas is practically the same as hitting with Suarez. MUCH larger margin for error on PCI placement for Thomas. HUGE difference between those two cards. I'm almost convinced you're a dev with that thinking.

I'm not gonna argue with you! Integrity is integrity regardless what analogy is made. You are basically saying "if that is how it's coded it's okay to play like doo doo and use exploits." I'm saying just cuz it's broke in some aspects doesn't mean you have to use it.

I wish they had a 3 inning ranked seasons mode. I just cant sit through 45 min games. I want to be better at the game and play on higher difficulties.
