there will still be people complaining that "too many points, no way I can get to 750k because I got a job and dog and stuff"
it is a good bonus IMO,
I mean there were people complaining about 600k last year (and probably this year) using that same excuse. Same for BR paths, event rewards etc. Like yes, we would all love to max out every program but really the goal for each feature program is to get all the new boss packs. Everything past that is "bonus" (in my opinion at least).

I by no means am one of the top players, and I have 10 days of the 30-day program where I gain no xp at all for any actions and have no real motive to play until the next program drops. Others maxed out way earlier than that.
It seems it wouldn't be too hard to award increased stubs when xp is maxed, or create an infinite epilogue to the program that awards vanilla packs or stubs every 100k or something after the end goal of the program.
This is definitely something that needs to be added regular show pack or pack for every x amount above the 600k. There is nothing worse than seeing big xp numbers after a game and know that is was meaningless.
People would still complain. Trust me
"I got a diamond for getting 400K XP but when I got to 700K I got a bunch of commons and bronzes. How is that worth my time?"
Whoa are you one of them Future seerers??? Or are you from the future? Tell me who is the 2023 World Series Champs and what are the power ball numbers for next week

Does anyone else feel that that is no point in continuing to do the program past 500k xp. I maybe get a low diamond once every 35 packs. The big dog packs are seemingly the last good rewards on the table.
Not if you are NMS I need those packs! I've pulled 3 90+ diamonds so far this year. At the least those packs equal free stubs.

Most people who play this game don't dedicate their lives to it, so all the stuff is worthwhile. Most people saying that it's garbage probably have LS done and have bought or earned the other high end cards.

They really never should have gotten rid of the xp reward path. You can still have a feature program, "other" programs (lol at the braindead lack of creativity), AND an xp reward path.
20 did a better job with DD in this sense.

Yeah. A lot of the people that max out these programs would have maxed out the XP path in June or sooner. I know I did

I assume you are being sarcastic? You think that being able to apply XP to our choice of programs is a bad idea? I think it would really be a great option for gamers. Think about it...once you hit a threshhold, the ability to convert XP to a voucher or something that can be used towards your choice of programs. I think that's a great idea in concept. What would be the problem with that?

Won’t happen because of the XP exploiters/cheaters from last year. You can thank them for why ideas like this will never come to fruition.

Because people would be finished with multiple programs before they even come out...and if you think the market is screwed up now, whats gonna happen when you have multiple bosses being sold 5 minutes after the program goes live?

Not to mention it doesn't actually solve the original complaint about wasted xp. Now you cap the next program faster, mess up the market and have a longer wait and more time to complain about having nothing to put that xp towards.
