Cheater

I am pretty sure I just played an actual cheater:
Looked him up after and they were banned last year.
I threw 21 pitches in the strike zone. 15 went for hits. All 14 rating or perfect perfects. The 6 that weren't hits were diving plays or warning track catches.
When he went up 8-4, he bunted to end the inning.
I came back and tied it 8-8 (I am a very good BR player, 6x flawless last year) - sure enough next inning again, 4 straight hits.
I've played some of the top players in the game and none of them are that good.

usually playstation is pretty good with banning these folks if they get reported enough

Yeah...nothing you described is cheating, so that's definitely the wrong word. Annoying and toxic, sure.
Also, as a pitcher you can only step off the mound a few times if your opponent is not taking an extended lead. If you're concerned about your opponent stepping off multiple times, just don't take the extra step. Easy solution.

Pardon what?
If a universal profile has no banner and no game history but has logged hours in DD (in his case, 611) they were banned.
Maybe you should look in the mirror with a statement like that.
