Cheater

I know you can post PSN IDs here but if you look at my recent game history you will see that I played someone that had a PSN ID that has two words that begin with the letter 'R' and ends in a triple digit.
If you EVER play them be prepared to deal with toxic play. Bunt dancing, R2 holding, and will only pitch in the dirt.
I know the last isnt technically toxic; but it's still garbage. Yes, you can take the walk(s) but then the user starts stepping off the mound/throwing to the base the runner(s) is/are on.
And unless you have messages off; they message you after EVERY AB and pitch.
Yes, I could've turned them off; but if they wanted to be toxic, they were getting reported for it.
I ended up reporting them to Sony for 42 harassing messages.
Just a heads up.

Annoying for sure. But I played A LOT of Counter-Strike in the early 2000s, and the definition of a "cheater" in gaming to me is a little bit different than what you're describing. Wallhack, no recoil, aimbot. That kinda stuff. That's cheating to me.

I am pretty sure I just played an actual cheater:
Looked him up after and they were banned last year.
I threw 21 pitches in the strike zone. 15 went for hits. All 14 rating or perfect perfects. The 6 that weren't hits were diving plays or warning track catches.
When he went up 8-4, he bunted to end the inning.
I came back and tied it 8-8 (I am a very good BR player, 6x flawless last year) - sure enough next inning again, 4 straight hits.
I've played some of the top players in the game and none of them are that good.

Makes sense. Guess the word 'cheater' gets thrown out alit in here when other words can suffice.

usually playstation is pretty good with banning these folks if they get reported enough

Yeah...nothing you described is cheating, so that's definitely the wrong word. Annoying and toxic, sure.
Also, as a pitcher you can only step off the mound a few times if your opponent is not taking an extended lead. If you're concerned about your opponent stepping off multiple times, just don't take the extra step. Easy solution.

Pardon what?
If a universal profile has no banner and no game history but has logged hours in DD (in his case, 611) they were banned.
Maybe you should look in the mirror with a statement like that.
