People need to stop with saying 17 had good gameplay. You could hit oppo nukes being late on an inside fastball, the base running cheese was absolutely horrible, extremely slow throwing animations, you could play anyone at 1B with no penalty.
I’ll give you that hitting is not fun this year but this game is 100x better than 17.
Gonna throw my two cents in here and say 17>22 and it’s not even close.
The basics of 17 like pitching and hitting more than make up for its bugs and glitches. 22 literally is a combo of the worst aspects of 18-21.This man get's it. You are absolutely correct.

Cant complete what challenge? 30 RBIs with 2nd Half Heroes? Considering i only have 3 of them and im not buying the rest to sit on my bench, id say its fairly common for 3 players to NOT get 30 RBIs when you're only playing about 20 games anyway.
Not a big deal considering its only for a Prospect pack. But your comment was a huge swing and a miss.

As it is now, you got Gary Carter, Sanchez, Bay, Yount, Soriano, Justice and Sheffield. 5 of those OFers. Im not gonna waste stubs on Justice and Sheffield so they can sit on my bench and pinch hit. Like i said, its not even worth the aggravation for a prospect pack.
For the hidden mission, try bunting with a slower guy. Maybe your pitcher.

Im just trying to do them the one time for the hell of it but i didnt know until your post that double plays was the 2nd mission. Ive been doing the other one when i have a big enough lead. But i did just steal 3rd with Freddie Freeman lol

Yeah, 10 caught stealing for the first and 6 gidp for the 2nd, and they dont have to be done in one season either. I reset the season to check and the progress was still there.

I do actually agree that online play hasn't been good since 17. It can't be a coincidence that's when the broke the 99 threshold.

Bro go to created fields and search for Gomesdalegend and download the field he created. I believe it's call "blank field" or something. Super short field and walls and high elevation. Play on rookie and you can get on base 30 times and get 30 rbi's in like 2 games. Restart and repeat. Free packs and tons of XP.
