Nobody here can. You need to use the support link at he top of the page and then choose to submit a ticket for an account issue.

My gut feeling is that you won’t be unbanned. If it’s anything like R* with GTA 5, they will tell you that you are responsible for the safety and security of your account and all activity that occurs on your account. Also, many people give their login info for shady third party sites to give them stubs for cheap.

I have emailed SDS and the support and they won’t help. I am banned for a year now

And after talking to PlayStation they told me to 2F authentication and I did but it is to late now I am still banned

To piggy back off this, to turn it on via the phone app you can go to settings and then the security tab. I just double checked to make sure mine was on.

Just create another account and start fresh no big deal do it with madden every year yes 100 bucks is alot of money but madden is points they force you to buy packs lol third party for madden yes sds let's you buy what you want just make another account and don't mess up or they will ip ban you but than there is the ip hider apps

Sds usually don't ban unless it's just mlb don't buy packs don't buy from 3rd parties either just flip and invest

Cry about it because it wasnt hacked and your just trying to make it sound like you werent doing something illegal
