This event just isn't fun. Something I thought I'd never say about moonshot.

My biggest issue is the game forcing my good/perfectly executed pitches outside the strike zone into the strike zone. And not only that, but at very hittable locations. We've seen this before in 18 and also in 20.

I was thinking the same thing. Everything just feels random. I was really looking forward to this.

Agree with everyone here. I’m powering thru to 30 just for the packs but this is not fun (and I generally love these events). SOOO many pop ups.

Online play has been loved by sh*tty players since ‘18. I really don’t know what veterans of this franchise were expecting, ‘20 showed us this game was gearing towards keeping bad players in the game. Once they put the “secondary pitch limit” in game, competitive play was a wrap for this series. “Sorry guys these clowns can’t stop swinging at curveballs in the dirt, so now if you throw two in a row we are just going to float it to the centre of the zone”.

It’s a business, we either accept it and adapt or move on to something else. Me personally I just don’t play online anymore, no point. I went from playing close to 1100 RS games a release, to zero.

Are PARs bugged? I know they changed how perfect release works but I’ve noticed a number of perfect inputs that seem to not even be within the par, and certainly not where I wanted the pitch. On the flip side, bad input goes for consistent dots.

I have no idea bro all I know is that this issue along with the inability to strike people out is causing this game to be practically unenjoyable.

If this is the worst event you have played in a long time don't even bother with the next one. Even if they have a patch before then that makes this game 10/10 perfect, the next event is deadball lmao

Something tells me the ball won't be dead for my opponent. I have had around a 3 era in RS since 17. I can't get anyone out.

Basically the opposite of moonshot. Contact hitters, good pitchers, locked at forbes field

Nobody likes giving up 3 home runs an inning or trying to pitch with common pitchers. I hate it.
I never have liked Moonshot Event. It just doesn't interest me. Which really sucks b/c the rewards behind the "Must Win Wall".

I play 99 percent offline but this is the only online even I do yearly because it's fun and sort of casual. I was going to try this today but seems like from what everyone is saying it's somewhat dull.

I mean if you square up the ball I’ve hardly had bad outcomes. Of course there is going to be some random hits and stuff but that’s the point of the event
