This event just isn't fun. Something I thought I'd never say about moonshot.

One game ill score 10, the next ill score 0, the cycle rolls on. I can't find any consistency in events, in RS, anything. I'm jumping on the train of this games hitting being broken and wonky af.
Its just not fun, I feel like game in game out im just getting frustrated.

I've noticed the same, win 4 straight while hitting nothing but bombs, and then i'll go a few games with nothing put pop ups and grounders.

I am sure it is magnified to the max with common pitchers, but I think this Moonshot is really highlighting how much pitcher confidence controls the outcome in this game.

It doesn’t even feel like I am playing, just pressing buttons and I am along for the ride. Feels more like an RPG than a sport sim.

I won't play events or BR because of it.
The inconsistency is very glaring. In addition, some online plays well, and then it's like playing under water.

Bouncing off the dirt, 4" outside the zone, 3 " inside, a foot high. People are getting to balls every which way this year. Including me.

Nevermind. I just hit a moonshot with my common pitcher with 5 contact and 2 power. I must have rediscovered my swing lol.

I love the event! My only issue is with the toxic morons that get even MORE toxic after hitting home runs. It's like, dude both our bullpens suck, remember?

I’ve noticed the same thing too. It’s just either your turn to get bad inputted HR’s, or it’s your opponents turn. Some of the base hits are laughable too.
At this point it’s just about playing enough games to get to the 25 mins, no longer about playing well enough to get wins.

I have always hated the moonshot event, I don't think I have ever really played one past the first day. I see the appeal for sure just don't find it fun myself. Mini season grind here I come

Nobody likes giving up 3 home runs an inning or trying to pitch with common pitchers. I hate it.

My biggest issue is the game forcing my good/perfectly executed pitches outside the strike zone into the strike zone. And not only that, but at very hittable locations. We've seen this before in 18 and also in 20.

I was thinking the same thing. Everything just feels random. I was really looking forward to this.
