I'm not buying any cards at all this year. I have made the decision to use what I earn and get in packs. Maybe toward the end I will buy some.
That's awesome. I may need to do that next year.
So right now your team is mostly FOTF?

Right now I have no desire to grind for the collections. Granted I could get a lot of them done, I am just enjoying using the cards I have right now.
I pulled Trout and have enough stubs to buy Ohtani to complete the Angels and get the Troy Glaus. But I'm in no rush nor do I have the desire to complete it.
Outside of 1 OF spot and 1 SP spot I enjoy my team and playing with my team. I have loved the combination of FOTF Jazz, Seager, and Devers in my infield and don't want to replace them yet.
Last year I got the collections completed somewhat early but found myself getting bored of using the same cards over and over again. Having the best cards right out of the gate was just not that fun for me.
Same here got lucky with a trout. Did the Rangers collection for Napoli. I spent my hard earned stubs and got ohtani and got Troy glaus. I went ahead and finished the Al west so I could get Michael Young. Not in any hurry for anything else right now. I only did those for fanboy purposes. My FOTF team is solid.

I’m never in a rush unless theres a specific player I really want. This years selections weren’t bad but not for me. I’d rather save my stubs and sell my unused Live Series cards to be able to buy different program/WS/BR cards.
The only card that looks appealing to me is the Chase Utley card. Maybe the Mussina but I’ve just been playing the events and the BR program to get all my cards. Getting packs along the way.

Not rushing at all just enjoying the process. Made a conscious choice this year to be more focused so right now it's working on live series and getting it done buy selling anything I get and finish a set. Once that's done I'll move on to the next goal

Im never in a rush but im almost done. Just grinding for the big diamonds now....probably be done by the end of May.

Utley is awesome! I’ve used him in BR but he’s very expensive in the collections. I’m gonna roll with JoRam at 2B for now. I also decided against getting Trout (as I used him all of last year). The AL central was fairly affordable. Gonna go with Grady for a while.

Yep, all FotF, Mauer and Mantle pre order bonus, one diamond I pulled and the program Rendon.

I’ve had my best year of pulls so far (trout, vlad, tatis, Soto, Ramirez, degrom, cole) and walked through the collections yesterday seeing if it made sense, sell degrom + tatis to finish AL for frank……but just couldn’t pull the trigger to ultimately just add power RH 1B. I’ve got FotF bellinger there currently and he’s been a monster so no need to replace.
Unless I keep this hot streak and get a few more high value diamonds, I’m likely holding as well.

The Utley 97 is more than worth it. My favorite card so far, swing is so smooth.

Reading this thread I’m like “you guys are buying players?” lol I never pull any good cards out of packs so I just have to grind for anybody good through programs. I’m broke all the time
