I agree, this forum is sad. SDS does an awful job of managing culture here.
I once said [censored] uncensored roughly 23 times either ever being modded.
Frankly, I don’t give a rat’s [censored] if people say [censored].

I'm usually a lurker and don't post much but dude everyone on this forum blames all of their problems in the game on SDS. This game has been great and it's the most fun I've had in a while and I'm not even good at it. If you get lagged out, sure, blame SDS. But I see people here blaming SDS because they did something wrong and don't know how to handle it. Sometimes try to be positive. Everyone talking about how bad this game is, if you really think its that bad, stop playing!!
Not everyone, but it has been dominating the topics. I find the block button to be my best friend when it comes to dealing with negative people on the internet.
It mostly dominates because of how much more comments it gets from both "sides" tbh. Just like how news networks know negative stuff gets more clicks
Seems like the philosophy of a lot of people. No one cares if I say nice things. But if I say mean nasty things then people will notice me. I see it on Facebook, Twitter, here, just about anywhere on the internet. I can't tell you how many people I have blocked. It's a reason I really don't like playing the show online H2H.
I don’t block anyone one, without differences I’ll live in an echo chamber, and I won’t have anyone to troll on twitter

many people care and say nice things - its just your perspective and how you choose to filter through the information being presented to you - that sucks about your experience in online H2H - i have turned off my PSN messages, and never had issues online other than random toxic bunt cheesers or things like this (which are the minority thankfully)
I've never had messages on, but someone will send you a friend request and type out exactly what they didn't like about playing you.
I can block the people on PSN, but still get matched up with them if I could block people from playing them, like the toxic players ypu ate talking about, it'd be nice, but I can't, so since I know I can't control how anyone else plays the game, my only option is to avoid playing online. I k ow you and many others say it's the minority, but I always felt like the majority of my experiences online were negative. It could be just like this topic, 1 negative experience will outweigh all the positive experiences.
wow buddy that is very specific adding as a friend to make a "statement" within that - i never had this happen in all my years - if you enjoy playing against real people, i would highly recommend trying online a bit - and if someone is insane just bow out - as well just add me on PSN and we can do a friendly or co-op game anytime - have a great night over there
Can confirm, they do the "friend request" thing all the time lol. But it is the one thing they can say, so all you have to do is ignore.
Be careful
With that, they will bait you into cussing and then report you to psn or whatnot -

The only thing I really dislike is the amount of forced/programmed double plays when playing against the CPU. It's pretty ridiculous actually.
Last year showdowns were the worst because of this.

Lol and how they supposed to do that?
Gestapo, trains and gas chambers, fo sho. Not because he's a commie, only to improve things how he sees fit.
Hold on, am I a communist or a fascist?
No real difference

Honestly if it keeps happening to me and not others. It must be me, so I take the hint and stay off H2H. I don't even bother to keep PS plus it would be a waste of my money.

I think SDS does a good job in game management, solid with communicating to the community, but not the greatest job at listening to what the community is trying to pass on to them. I'll agree there's a ton of blame that gets shifted from a player's lack of ability to SDS, but there's also a few legitimate gripes about the game too...but that's been gaming since the dawn of the internet, CheatCC, and GameFAQS. I don't really feel like there's any way a Dev can ever win anymore

The games consistently have a plethora of issues. However, it IS also true that this forum is sad. Both are true.

Free speech as a right does not apply to message forums. Like it or not (I usually don't, lol) they have the right to censor anything you say that they want.
