Question about DH

During the DD stream, I think it was Luis, one of them said that the DH will never be in DD.

I get they don't want to add in the the DH but I think it would be cool to have an event or two that utilize the DH. It would just kind of break up the monotony of the game, especially when we get later into the year.

Never? Isn't this game MLB licensed? Why we changing the rules for a game mode. DD is where the DH should've always been.

He didn't say never. He said there wasn't going to be a DH this year.
Likely due to the lockout, otherwise DD tends to follow the other MLB rules (like 3 out req for pitchers, extra innings runner).
Personally, I like no DH in DD because it gives you a reason to build a bench. Frankly I miss injuries a little bit....sucked losing your best player early but gave you a reason to really consider how your roster was set up. Also watching trolls who dove pointlessly injury their star players being dumb was fantastic.
