Stop people from using XP exploits where you could finish a program in 1-2 days.

How does anyone reach this cap. It doesn't count mission or program XP. I've played for hours on end and never come close.

Grinding XP on the easiest difficulties against the CPU for hours on end. Or in other words the exact kind of exploit that it was intended to prevent. If you are a really good playing on rookie then you can rack up huge XP in a nine inning CPU game.

This is also how people get players to P5 so quickly. I know that one person on another forum wanted to be the first P5 for a player so he grinded on rookie games against the CPU. He stated that he did hit the level cap that way.

Yeah, that makes sense. Do we know what the cap is? I thought I heard 65k which is why I was surprised.
