If they were banned from the website, they wouldn’t be able to post here.

So chances are it's a secondary account.
I would then assume that it's from the game itself.
But unless they banned his console; I'm pretty sure the 300 days is just for 21 since 22 will be on different servers.

Ok, disregard my first reply. I just saw that the OP has an extensive game history which means they probably only made their TSN account to come on here to ask about the ban.
Chances are the OP was banned due to some sort of messaging infraction.

All I will say is sorry if you were mistakenly banned and did not earn it.
But you have to realize that we all take these messages with a grain of salt.
It could be PSN messages.
Offensive team name
Offensive logo
Offensive name or graphics from created or downloaded stadiums.But if you used a team name of DeezNutz and with a user name of YuMadCuh I will hold on to a little of my skepticism.

I got a warning from PSN for dropping the F bomb in a reply to another player. He claimed that he never reported me, so apparently a PSN algorithm that screens for certain words flagged the message. My guess would be the OP was also given a warning but continued to break the rules so they hit him with the ban hammer.

If he was banned by Microsoft; he would potent have a longer ban.
MS bans in increments that start out with 7 days.
MS wouldn't set it at 300. If it for that high; they would just ban him altogether and it would be an account AND console ban.

It's tough cause I'm all for talking some trash but nowadays you have no idea if it's some young kid on the other end so if you're starting off just spewing inappropriate [censored] at them it's not out of line to think a parent would report it. Although they really should just have the kids messages off for non friends but I'm not gonna tell anyone how to parent their child

I know you were not, I was just adding that piece in since I do have kids, my youngest plays a lot of fortnite people even kids to kids can say some nasty stuff. Parent need to teach and pay attention to there kids but some just do not know or do not care.
