I put down the game for about a month and that’s really going to set me back in terms of time for acquiring Griffey. I will say though after playing NHL 22 HUT, SDS is a god send in terms of ultimate team modes.

Burnes and Woodruff are auto includes for Finest. CY winner and 5th place in voting. Adames was the Brewers MVP since the trade. They won the division and all 3 of those guys were deserving of recognition. Garcia is the only one who is questionable IMO, but he still led the team in HRs and RBI.
Wainwright had the worst WAR, ERA, and WHIP of the 9 that received CY votes. He already had a Sig Series card, so he wasnt going to get an upgrade over that.
I am not detracting from anything those Brewers players did but I feel like teams, like the Rays or the Marlins, who are sadly lacking high end cards would have benefitted from a second one. The cards are pure fiction anyway so what's the harm?
I also said I had no problem with Wainwright not getting one and am fine with the Cardinals only having one, but you won't convince me that one team, regardless of the team, should get 4 or even 3. I would be saying the same thing if it had been the Cardinals getting 4 Finest cards.

Yeah, the few teams like Astros, Brewers and Mets that got 3 to 4 are a little uneven. Yesterday I was using a Pirates pitcher to complete a daily mission and there is only 1 diamond pitcher in the game. FS Quin Priester. I know they are garbage now a days and don't have a history of great pitching but they have only 1!!! They could have spread the wealth a bit.

Content is good. As a first year XBox player, it's been very fun, and quite the breath of fresh air from the abomination that is 2k.
I do think they should have put a set reward for completing all of the Team Affinity's, as well as the POTM. I was under the impression that both would have a lock in at the end, otherwise I would've never grinded all of that [censored] out, even though they obviously give you a lot of cards for collections.
Which brings me to my last point. I really wish they would've given Junior some sick [censored] card art. With the amount of stubs and time that goes into the end game collection, it should be the sickest looking card out there. Instead they give it the awful blank slate of the Milestone set, which is by far my least favorite of the year. Just a blank background with writing. Who thinks of this [censored]? Card art needs some serious improvements next year.

I think it's what I mentioned above and the fact that teams like the Mets and Brewers were lacking in flashback/legend diamond cards compared to some other franchises.

This makes the most sense the most wanted player card is the final big collection so if you have been playing all year and collecting cards and doing all the programs you should either have home or be really close. It rewards the full time players but isn't out of reach for those joing now

I'm curious though, you've played everyday since launch and habe 1 voucher? Do you just not collect card's? I'm not being judgy but I missed the first two months and I was able to collect him the moment he dropped. Part of the strategy of the game is to collect as many players as possible. I know some people primarily play online and only want a God squad but knowing there are collections coming up, I....collected.
I'm sorry you're not able to get Griffey and like I said, I'm not trying to be snarky...but what have you been doing to play ?

Huge win. I was down to 13k. Was mostly prepared for the collection. Was able to do all the sets minus three. Sold off the expensive pieces I did not need for sets. I'm up to 900k and that's with buying a couple guys I've always wanted to try but too cheap to spend on them. Just waiting on Prime Britton and knocking out the finest conquest Maps and Griffey will be mine in one week. I love Foxx so far. Some of those finest are really good cards but nothing seems overpowering like some of them last year. Tatis and Salvy rake though. Freeman and Soto are starting to heat up for me and Muncy should get some play also. Burnes has been dealing can't wait to try out Wheeler and Cole. I guess I could complain about no Trout or Pujols but I'm sure we see them next inning.

It’s cool. I have been collecting cards, but I don’t play the market because I like playing the game. I am disabled from an injury that makes it hard for me to sit and play too long at once. I should have bought cards when the market was down, but I never thought they would make Griffey the collection reward. I have gotten the rewards every year. I hate the way they did a bunch of collections. I’ll get the card eventually. I hope that answers some of your question. Sorry for the vague response. Any other questions I would gladly answer.

After using a lot of the cards I think all in all it’s a W. Only problem I have is there’s so many players that play the same position. I think Freddie is easily the best first baseman in the program. Ketel has been crushing it too. All of the cards are really usuable. Also Kyle Tucker has a great swing. Might not start him but he’s hit a couple bombs off the bench.

I'm sorry you're not able to get Griffey and like I said, I'm not trying to be snarky...but what have you been doing to play ?
It’s cool. I have been collecting cards, but I don’t play the market because I like playing the game. I am disabled from an injury that makes it hard for me to sit and play too long at once. I should have bought cards when the market was down, but I never thought they would make Griffey the collection reward. I have gotten the rewards every year. I hate the way they did a bunch of collections. I’ll get the card eventually. I hope that answers some of your question. Sorry for the vague response. Any other questions I would gladly answer.
Awe man, totally get that and like I said, I really didn't mean to sound condescending, but I should have phrased that better. Do you have the companion app? I'm not advocating to spend more time on your phone but I flip cards when I'm doing other things like watching a baseball/football game from my phone as it's mindless therapy hahaha. That has seriously helped me get a lot of the cards I needed to get Griffey Jr.
Anyway, you'll get him I'm sure. Just keep at it.

Huge win. I was down to 13k. Was mostly prepared for the collection. Was able to do all the sets minus three. Sold off the expensive pieces I did not need for sets. I'm up to 900k and that's with buying a couple guys I've always wanted to try but too cheap to spend on them. Just waiting on Prime Britton and knocking out the finest conquest Maps and Griffey will be mine in one week. I love Foxx so far. Some of those finest are really good cards but nothing seems overpowering like some of them last year. Tatis and Salvy rake though. Thanks. I've wanted to just buy Morgan to complete the Prime set but why spend 300k when you can get another guy for free. I have the stubs it's just the principle of it

Dude, I definitely get that. I never got Garret Anderson or the Todd father. I don't want to spend 200k on them even though I have it, but I'm not gonna use them.
But....Joe Morgan destroys baseball's and is definitely an endgame 2B. But yeah, 300k is absurd when there are so many other good options. I've been playing Finest Correa and Bichette at 2B and the both hit everything.
