What an awful moment. The worst I can remember. And no alternative to getting the card if you don’t have an A’s pitcher in an event and don’t do battle royales or ranked seasons. I’ll be stuck at 48.
So you don't have Awards Lefty Grove? If you do it's easy to get the Ks since the current event is on HOF.

8 Ks and a foul popup. I might have given up 2 hits between all the missions. I never have problems with any pitching moments.
I dont use patterns, I just pitch like I would if actually pitching. You can see if they are late/early, or where they swing after each pitch. Use that to help determine hard or soft, and location for next pitch. Fastballs up and in, offspeed down and away are fundamentals, but dont be afraid to vary depending on how the CPU hitters react to being pitched. Fastball up and in and the hitter swings down and away, come back with the fastball up and in. Timed the fastball but not location, mix speeds to a different location. Also, just because its 2 strikes doesnt mean you have to change pitch types. If they were late first 2 pitches on fastballs, throw the fastball again. One more thing is I throw a lot of down and away sliders to RH power hitters.
Anyway, that's how I pitch the CPU and never really have problems.

By far one of the easiest programs , you don't have any A's pitchers ? Even relievers to get the 10 k's ?

if you dont play ranked, it really isnt that hard to get some wins online with an A's pitcher. especially since you'd be playing on vet.
-
do another moment, just do 5 moments, the 10K with A's pitchers, and do the exchange
-
Any 'don't allow one hit' moment can be frustrating, but stick to it and you'll get it. It's only 3 innings so attempts go by fast.
-
This program is one of the easiest of all time!
-
gotta love pitcher programs for xp

blake treinen, lefty grove, vida blue, dennis eckersley...
-
Easy completed in 25-30 minutes
-
Fb up and in. Slider away. If you can get ahead in the count, make them chase. They will if its close enough to the zone.
-
I never play online and am garbage at it. Took Vida Blue onto RS and had fun striking out like 15 batters before I remembered I needed 10.

This is the way. Easy 10 points for Catfish. Then do the exchange set. Then you only need to do 5 moments. Probably the fastest I have ever completed a player program. I dont even have Vida, I was using a Topps now guy for the As.

Pretty sure you can do an exchange for 5 points

Moments were extremely easy. Got the 3 inning moment done on the 2nd try. Beat the A's on AS 11-1

I just spammed fastballs up and in and sliders and changeups down and away, I struggle way more with the hitting moments than the pitching ones.
-
I also had trouble with this one. Ended up finally getting the Win with an A's pitcher in a BR game to finish it.
-
Another solid tip is to restart this mission thr moment you give up a hit. You're welcome.
-
I skipped this one. Decided to play online, which i really never do. The ten strikeouts were actually really easy and I suck, I did lose though, like I said, I suck.
The exchange literally costs less than 1500 stubs and beating the athletics on all star wasn't bad.
Then you can really pick and choose your moments

I do, actually. I just don’t play online much. Never done ranked or royale. Though I might try.
