Isn't RTTS tied to online this year as they advance your player with missions and your ballplayer is online?

Because we are paying customers, the product we paid for stopped working during its life cycle and an explanation is the least we should expect.
Being a paying customer doesn't entitle you to proprietary information.
As a paying customer you are entitled to the game working it stop working so SDS fixed tge issue to make it work again that is what you are entitled to.
You want to know what happen get a degree in computer programing and apply for a job with SDS then you can know the ins and outs of a company.
This paying customer excuses is such a BS idea on what people thinks it grants them access to

Because these server issues have been happening since the game launched and it would be nice to know if a fix is in the works to prevent all of these issues in future games
