Soon. But when we have a confirmed time we will share it. Because the fix required a Game Update, it is going through all the appropriate platform testing which difficult to provide an accurate estimate.

Isn't RTTS tied to online this year as they advance your player with missions and your ballplayer is online?

Why? Other than curiosity what good would it do to know the details.
I feel like people want to know the details just so that they can rag on SDS more than they already are.

Because we are paying customers, the product we paid for stopped working during its life cycle and an explanation is the least we should expect.
