Guys been a monster, power, GG defense and elite speed.

    Should be a no brainer

Def. needs a Topps Now, maybe even lightning card for Sept

It's a possibility that he goes diamond, but his discipline number really holds him back, and unfortunately in spite of doing really well this month he is on pace to also have more strike outs this month than any other month. His strike out percentage is 35% in Sept.

Dylan Carlson actually got a real Topps Now for His two HR, 5 RBI game against the Padres.

I just posted a thread which actually makes me think he won't get a POM card. Only reason is cuz I believe he'll be the Cards finest representative. He has a good chance of his LS going diamond tho.

If you’re only looking at 2021 then maybe, but his three-year average definitely wouldn’t warrant being a diamond.

We need a 99 Finest O’Neill. Let’s get that card instead of a topps now

That is a good point. One thing I am not sure how SDS handles is previous seasons with limited play time. O'Neill has more at bats this season than he has had the prior 3 seasons combined.

My guess is O’Neill will get a POM card. More likely that Arrenado or even Goldy get Finest. I think Arenado finest is the most likely.

He hasnt played more than 2 Months worth of games in any season before this year. So I could see it. If he had played full 6 Month seasons and struggled maybe not.

They seem to be weighing 2020 much heavier than they should be this year, which would hurt O’Neill since he wasn’t exactly good in 157 PA. It’s the only explanation for why someone like Kris Bryant is still only an 81, despite having a 4.7 fWAR season in 2019, and 3.8 currently this year, but had 0.4 in 147 PA in 2020. That’s 8.9 fWAR over the last three seasons and it’s only good for an 81, while someone like Teoscar Hernandez has 6.6 fWAR in only about 100 less PA, but was good in 2020 so he gets to be an 86.

The only reason kris Bryant is still an 81 is because of his 2020 season, and O’Neill had around the same wRC+, fWAR, and PA. Sure, he only had 151 PA in 2019, but he wasn’t exactly good in those 151 PA either, which shouldn’t be totally ignored.

I would normally agree, but he has a rare set of tools that most dont have currently. 35-40 HR power, 30+ SB speed (although not a base stealer) and GG defense. They should have no issues bumping him up. Although his FS card is almost on par with this.

The man is certainly making a run for POTM.

10 HRs and 25 RBIs with a week still to go in the month.

And go Cardinals. Three players with 30 HR's. I can't think of the last time that has happened on this team. Arenado already has 100 RBIs and Goldschmidt has a good chance to get there too.

Don't know the exact year but it had to be maybe 2009-2010-ish when they had Pujols, Rolen, and Jimmy Ballgame hit 30 each.

    Ahh the MV3, good times!

Cmon SDS, pretend he is a Yankee or Dodger and make him diamond.

Goldy to diamond too while were at it, he has a history to back it up

Agreed, he is up to a .296 season average with 30 HRs and is 3 RBIs shy of 100.
