By reading other posts I think you have to submit a ticket and wait for them to fix it.
But how did you take two when they just added an extra confirmation screen?

I thought they put something in the update to make sure you know you are picking a duplicate. More than just the basic “new” or “1x.” I never had it happen yet, but I imagine it is a warning asking if you are sure you want to pick a duplicate.
I could be totally wrong about this though. Also, if you have any of the all-star cards from packs, I believe you can get Acuna with one of them. Base cards are close to quick sell on the market. -
You can try to put in a ticket, but it may be faster to create a new PSN account and earn all of those cards again to lock in for Acuna. They have the sloth from Zootopia working customer service behind the scenes.

Yeah I had the same problem and they eventually fixed it. I sent an email to SDS and had a pic of my mistake and they fixed it. It took a little while but there's a lot of people who play this game so I understand.

Took me 60 days to have my ticket resolved so I could get Acuna. He might not be worth the pursuit any longer honestly.

What others have said, open a ticket and prepare to wait a while.
While it's frustrating (especially if you're a fan of him), there are much better cards out there in TA4. So have fun with all those free cards while you wait.
