Players not licensed for the Show

Does anybody have a list of players not licensed? I’d love to see a 19 year old Doc Gooden or a 1989 Dave Stewart.

Somebody in the past has posted a list of licensed legends. I am too lazy to find it.

Players not licensed list would be a gigantic list.

There have been over 22,000 people who have appeared in MLB.
Approximately 1900 players that are or were on rosters this year.
Around 150-175 legends.
Around 30 on the banned list.

That leaves almost 20,000 of players not licensed. Even I don't have the time to make that list.

Strike out Machado and you might get to see that animation. I did it on 4/26/21 and it was awesome! (I only know the date because I told my buddies about it in Discord).
