What is the single (super minor) detail that annoys you the most?

Mine is if you have a runner on first base with two outs and you it to 3rd, SS or 2b and they force the out at second, your runner will ALWAYS slide feet first. Even if he's a 20 speed runner and the out is recorded when the runner is still 20 feet from the bag.
Why the heck have they programmed the runner to always slide? It is just so stupid. Just one of many animations that your runners will always do no matter the situation. It is so lazy. A real life player will never slide into second base 10 seconds after a force out that ends the inning like that.
I have more of course minor annoyances, but I said just a single detail so we don't get out of control.
Edit: I mean to mention that these shouldn't effect gameplay. Just talking about minor annoying details that gets on your nerves.

The fact you can't cancel a throw then make a throw to the same base with a delay or a double clutch animation.

Not having the 2019 AL pennant flag hanging at MMP. And one of the downtown buildings, only able to be seen during certain cut scene, not being accurate architecture.

Another small thing that doesn't effect the game but just bugs me. I won the CY young in RTTS in one season and the following season it shows me getting handed the award before every single home game.

The change to check swings. One of those changes for online play that was also pushed on those of us who play offline.
Oh, or maybe the fact that I get some noticeable stutter on the first pitch of many at bats, even on a PS5.

That the 99 overall Schmidt card is wearing bobos and not the Nike cleat like the card art shows or like the other Schmidt card. So small it's not worth complaining about but it bugs me.

I meant my edit to mean that these annoying details don't effect gameplay. Like mine, it doesn't hurt the game, just annoying. Let me clarify my edit.
Similarly, when you hit a single and your runner rounds the base with that same two or 3 steps around the bag and then stepping back to first base. That animation is annoying as heck. It has been in the game for years and baseball players don't round the bag like that. It's dumb.

The 20 minute delay (Exaggeration) your stuck waiting sometimes for the First Baseman to throw the ball back to the pitcher so you can get to your next at bat in a moment
The Delay from waiting on a foul ball to be able to pitch again.
The Stupid swiping of rollers that are foul. The Mets proved this is idiotic!!! The ball is foul if the ump says it's foul as soon as you touch it!!! You might as well just pick it up and play it like it's live. There's 0 reason to swipe it away.

Wrong uniforms on teams when playing at home vs CPU. Rangers shouldnt be wearing white uniforms away.

Aiming the pitch low and away, getting a perfect pitch release, and wheeeeew....hanger up and in right in their wheel house. It's getting beyond stupid at this point.

Having pitchers bat in pitcher moments where the AB means nothing......and then trying to lay down a bunt so that I can get back to pitching and either fouling off the first two or having the first two pitches be balls so that I have to see 3 pitches almost every time.

Coming up to bat only to see the previous batters power stats on the left side of the screen for the first pitch of a new batter.

I'd say it qualifies more than mine. Although, I will say it's annoying during a moment when the pitcher throws over to first twice and pitches out twice when the guy at first has 38 speed.
