First off, you clearly aren’t joking. Anytime someone gets called out for saying something stupid and responds with “it’s a joke,” I immediately have negative respect for that person. I have no idea who you are, but I respect you less than I did 10 minutes ago. And bro… you say something completely stupid and somehow it’s my job to stop “over analyzing?” Lol, and bro are you new here? I have been accused of a lot of things on this forum, but “over analyzing every post” is certainly new for me.
And yes, I absolutely know of the conspiracy of friendly quits. And I know it’s BS that people fall back on when they get lit up and need to protect their manliness, lest strangers might think you aren’t good at a video game.

Here's the thing deny the request and the person will either quit immediately which is what I usually see when I decline them or they will play until you score another run or strike them out woth a pitch in the dirt. Like I said this is the dumbest thing to be crying about, noone can force you to accept a friendly quit so why should it bother you this much? That's how it is for most folks who want to compete. Lots of these slobs are just looking for victims.

This is really what it is used for. Regardless of whether it does or does not give you an advantage (frankly I don't care about this), once you get matched up that is the opponent you should play. Not cherry picking to find someone with a lesser squad or poor record.
