Only one of three pitchers to throw a Maddux this season (9 innings pitched < 100 pitches)Still a silver pitcher. Gotta go Gold next update right? I know he does not have the sexy strikeout numbers but the other ratings should be good right?
or
He needs to at least be in the running for a POTM card or they need to release his Signature Series card soon right?

We need a waino monthly awards card. Has 3 starts with less than 10 hits allowed and very low walk numbers. Would be a good contrary to 100 mph sinkers

I am up to parallel 4 with him in offline play. I honestly would hate to take him out for a starter version but I probably would. I still have Lee Smith for relief on my Cardinals team.
I know the cardinals get a lot of legend cards for positions but I would still like to see a few more starters. We have Gibson and Cy Young, but honestly Young only pitched 2 years with the Cardinals. How about a Chris Carpenter Cy Young Award card. Or a John Tudor 1985 card.

I actually hate the live card series for this reason. Waino is dominating and his attributes aren’t following his season progress. There are way to many guys who are gold and diamond who are playing so poorly and putting up way less stats. A lot of good players having great seasons still stuck in silver and bronze tiers. Very disappointed.

He’s been great, but I believe 2018 hurts him in his ratings and his K/9, although not great, are not bad at all. He has 4 straight years of FIP at 4+ before 2021. If he continues to be that good, maybe he’ll it 80 by season’s end.

You mean the guy hitting .250 ? They are not great this year, that's for sure but Nolan isn't exactly reeling off an MVP season. He's been good at best.

He's better than anyone else they could have put at third base. He's on pace for 30 plus home runs and 100 RBIs. I'll take that.
Other than the HR's and RBIs though, he has had a rough August.

I like to use Waino after deGrom. Two different styles and it's hard for most hitters to adjust.
