My thoughts on why strike zone tweaking would have a big effect is, ppl complain pitchers don’t hit there spots and guys just blast everything but by tweaking strikezone guys who sit on anything close and get rewarded cause it’s never a strike cal on the black will have to start swinging and reacting which in turn helps to fix hitting as a whole.

    Exactly!!!

Fixing small things can in turn fix glaring problems. Crying and saying patch this patch that and they are like big patches arnt going to happen but small things like this I would argue with anyone on here that doesn’t agree that the strike zone fix would fix a lot of problems

Give a quick senerio I’m sure everyone has encountered. You in a tight game got the lead have two outs and a guy gets a hit so tieing of winning run at the plate. Ovb a solid hitter like most teams, u get him down two strikes on good pitches guys over matched can tell he’s pressing for a hit and just swinging at everything praying. Then u throw a perfect dart and paint a corner.... ball 1. Ok re group throw another hit the paint no swing ball 2.... regroup again barley miss ur placement ball hangs HR tie game or loss. Now what if that was patched. So many games would be changed or won.

I think mostly players in general are complaining because the game gets radically changed one week into the season, and there is not much transparency as to what is actually being done and how things work.

The forum will always be torn.

    Online Players vs Offline Players
    Great Players vs Average Players
Hardcore guys who put 30 plus hours a week vs casual players who put 10 hours in a week.
    Directional vs Zone
    Analog pitching vs meter pitching

SDS will never satisfy everyone but they have to try and find a middle ground to keep the most players happy as possible.

I have no knowledge of programming, so this actually worries me.

Errors definitely need to be addressed, number one ... 2019 was brutal early on and they fixed that last year, I have confidence they’ll get it right .... Also pitching accuracy, that’s a must also...

I agree that’s why I think if we can get more players to agree on smaller changes I think more productive patches could follow
