Never been a fan of fantasy sports movies, including this one, sorry.
And yes, I'm aware of why this is in the game and what's going on. It's still not a real ball park and games that count in the standings shouldn't be played there. I feel the same way about the NHL playing outdoor games that count in the standings

At least if you play MLB you can get a good team, I know that when I play any EA games, like NHL for example the best team
I can assemble while grinding is all European league players that are low to mid 90s. -

This was going to be my response as well, EA does that just fine on their own.
Absolutely. That's why I moved to MLB The Show last year. EA did great job making me realize there was time for a change.
weird part is I am no money spent on either and build great teams
Well people that say you need to pay for a good team also say they haven’t played it in 5 years. The content in this game 5 years ago was non existent compared to now. Things change. Every game has a great UT mode now.

I can't even personally relate to the scene (my dad has little to no interest in baseball or any other sport) but it still makes me tear up every time. I love that movie

I think people dramatically overestimate how much SDS cares about who does or doesn't switch to madden. At this point in the game cycle, they've already earned all the profit they're ever going to get from most of us this year.

That's a weird mindset. I guess NFL playing in London doesn't count either. Or MLB games being played outside the country. But yet, they do play there and it does count. sooooo....

We found the guy who sucks at this game and is always bunt dancing and cramming R2 like he’s having a seizure! Replays homeruns when he can actually hit one...

I think this is far from a garbage game. I 100% think the majority of the issues with this game are connection/server/match making related. I truly think if they fixed these you would see much better, smoother game play.
The reason you won't see these changes is because big streamers wouldn't be able to go 300-20. Don't get me wrong, people like pitching_rebel would still be good but not 300-20 good. That is a skilled player with a connection advantage on 99% of games. People sorely underestimate how much a connection advantage does for you in this game. Give me 100 games where the connection is good and 100 games where the Degrom fastball is warping among other things. 100 games where connection is good I promise my record would be around 80-20 or better. With bad connections, I go maybe 50-50 if I am playing good quality opponents. When the connection is good I beat high quality opponents all the time. I have made the last 2 12-0 WS banners quit but this was a couple of weeks ago and connection was good those games. When the connection is bad, I can lose to anyone. It makes that much of a difference.
