He's definitely going to be slotted in at 2B for me. There is no chance I'm breaking up my outfield of Mike Trout (SF), Byron Buxton (T4), Larry Walker/Vladimir Guerrero. Whenever 99 Griffey Jr. drops, he'll probably replace Walker.

I mean I will finish him at some point but he honestly is the best 2B in the game no questions asked. The only real debate is if you like 99 speed and bunting because you are one of those people. The only other disappointment is we got someone not named Aaron or Clemente

If that is true then that will not be to bad for me, I need 18 cards, The amount I been making flipping the last 2 or 3 weeks has been really good and I was able to buy a lot of cards off the market.

4 away from OhtaniYeah after buying a few cards I'm left at needing 2 milestone cards, and while I can afford that with the stubs I have, I'm wondering if I should skip it and wait for monthly
I wonder if I should sell off the cards I have I do not need to lock in or just keep working the market a few more weeks plus earning some while playing.
I am also wondering the same thing, because I'll be at about 100k if I buy the milestones
It depends if you have to have the card now, I really do not have to have it now. Mookie will be in my Outfield somewhere I love Robinson at 2nd but I could put Robinson at 3rd chipper at SS, No SS is outstanding for me, Mookie at 2nd and then Rotate the players I like in my Outfield. Baines has been super good for me so it is hard to take him out of my main lineup.
I have waited for an outfielder. I went ahead and bought the milestones simply because I am on vacation this week, so I don't want to wait until Friday when my vacation is almost over and I won't have as much time to play

Meh, I just don't need another outfielder and I'd prefer Morgan at second base. The price is just too much to ask for a RF.

If the card had someone else’s name with these attributes I don’t think anyone would be unhappy. 5 tool player that can play the OF or 2b when your OF gets jammed with too many choices. It is pricey though. I use players I don’t like IRL.
Don’t know if I want to put those stubs in for one card though. I am far away on a few anyway.
Already have a better one that fits that profile in Soriano

I must say I think it's funny that some of the same people complaining about how "easy" collections are and how they need to be so much harder to get are the same people now complaining that this is ridiculous and too hard. But to get to the point, I think it's a great card I'm just in absolutely no hurry to get him. I'm interested but not OMG I need this now interested.

Should be an upgrade over Acuna on HoF/Legend. I’m a little disappointed, but I’ll use him.

For me personally the card is not at all a let down. The let down is I will probably never finish his collection but that’s okay with me

I'm being patient as I know I can save myself a ton of Stubs by waiting until I can get Justin Turner or Vladimir Guerrero at least. It feels pointless to not get the Monthly Awards Ticket that we'll all get on Thursday, so I'll have Mookie on Friday or Saturday, I think.

From one Padre fan to another, completely understand. I'm much happier using a Mookie card from his Red Sox days than I am with his Dodger days.

I am just SO SO SO bad with Jackie and Soriano that I need someone at second base. I think that could be the best all around second baseman. The cost to get all the collection done will do down dramatically as they release more cards and the All Star and HRD cards will be found in conquest.

I love Mookie but it is really expensive! You can comp him to Jackie who has less power but faster, Vlad Sr. who is not as good defensively but a better hitter and Acuna who might be better but can't play 2b. So from a cost perspective there are better options. Will I get him? Sure but in like a month. By then there will be even better RFs out. I feel like they always dog Mookies speed, give the man atleast 90 speed! I guess people were made it wasn't someone new or a big name like Hank. I felt they would go with Tatis since they skipped him for Allstar promo. Glad they didn't so hopefully I can afford him when he does release.
