It seriously baffles me why someone would want to squint in attempt to see the ball in a video game.

Do some people just enjoy torture or do they have some sort of glasses they wear that tunes out the blinding brightness?

Played a guy yesterday in an event game at Fenway. Afternoon game with shadows creeping across the infield, plus he had Sale on the mound. I think I put 3 balls in play all game.

Target field, June, 7PM. Enjoy the early innings of not being able to see the ball at all

Though I agree with you, anybody that says "prove me wrong" after their statement is a scrub as well..

This is interesting because I feel like people who intentionally choose these settings are doing something with their tv monitor settings to gain an advantage so hopefully someone has some insight on potential settings to offset this. When I see someone choose this I usually think this is either a lowlife who is trying to cheese a win or someone who is new to the game who didn’t realize what they set up. Either way I’d like a way to combat this.

I use whatever time of day I'm playing with whatever the weather outside is. Same month too whenever possible.

So right now it would be 1:00, overcast, April.

They do it on purpose but they put their contrast and brightness down on their tv

One of the dumber generalizations I've heard. A lot of stadiums are perfectly fine during the day. I usually pick Guaranteed Rate during the day, and I'm far from a scrub.

I always play July at 1pm. But only on minor league stadiums because they actually have a batters eye. MLB parks during the day are miserable for the most part
