Switch hitters we don’t have, but we should want
-
Community voice is what got us Mickey mantle, so I’m starting a campaign for switch hitters to become more prominent. A whole line up of them, all 99s. The cheese would be immaculate. Positionally, we have one for almost all spots. The outfield gets tough, unless you use live series or affinity josh bell or ketel marte. But here’s the ones I’d like to see
Pete Rose- No brainer. Won’t happen till(If) MLB lifts his ban
Bernie Williams: Most underrated center fielder of his time, cause Junior
Ted Simmons: cause why not
Mark Texeira: yes, it’s Yankees bias
Lance Berkman: he looks like a tall Scottish dude in my opinion
Beltran: probably never gonna happen again, but, I wouldn’t hate it
Rueben Sierra, Chili Davis, and Tim Raines because why the hell notAdd yours to the list. Let’s make it happen
-
Willie Mcgee, 1985 MVP
-
Since we've got Musial in the game it would only be right that we had Red Schoendienst too!
-
Ken Caminiti
Make it happen SDS
-
Carlos Baerga!!!
-
Jose Vidro great switch hitter that no one remembers consistently hit over .300 for the Expos
-
Tony Phillips and Mickey Tettleton
-
I second Bernie Williams, one of my all time favorite players and I’m a tigers fan.
-
Bobby Bonilla.
Since the Mets will be paying him through 2025, he never officially retired. Ergo, SDS probably has the rights to him and doesn't even realize it. -
Rafael Furcal please
-
Tony Fernandez! RIP
