Why am I playing Left Fielder when I'm suppose to be a Starting Pitcher?

I transferred my 99 OVR Starting Pitcher from 19 to 20. After pitching in the new season opening game the next game I found myself playing as Left Fielder batting 6th and game 3 I'm a pinch hitter. This never happened in 19 so is this the new feature for 20?

Before or after patch 1.05 ?

Updated to 1.05, still getting pulled to play LF and now I'm batting 3rd.

I think that is awesome that they are developing you into a 2 way player on RTTS. I assume you have good or great hitting attributes?

Assuming you want to stay a SP did you try transferring from 19 to 20 again after 1.05?
