Chipper still worth getting?

All I can say is keep trying I was hitting .150 with him to start this morning but rn as it stands he’s hitting .317 my sample size is small tho so if you’ve had him for a while and ur just not hitting then it’s probably a comfortability thing.

Be patient with completing collections!! Live series always get cheaper as year goes on!! Having 90 plus at 650 will drop the big live series diamonds. Plus TA3 players will drop market. TA3 Jose ramirez should be pretty close to chipper! Plus Nicolas castenllanos also can play 3rd.

Wondering -- lots of talk about swings, but I heard someone say on YT that all swings are 4 frames in length. Nevertheless, I still suck HARD with Soriano...hahah

I watch a video from YourFriendKyle and he did affinity day one and it cost roughly $3,000 for him to complete from scratch. I waited till today to go threw with it and it cost me every bit of $700+ I had to buy Trout, Acuna, Cole, Belli, and Mookie. Pretty much every expensive Diamond except deGrom and Tatis. That’s just the high expensive. A lot of money to spend but I play a lot so to me it’s worth it and I have a Job. Definitely don’t recommend unless u have a job

Yep, 100% worth it.
YFK and all the other streamers spend money like that because they get it back in a week with their subs. I'm NMS and got Chipper like 1.5 months back. I got him to P4 so far. Don't spend money on stubs. Totally not worth it when you can get every card in this game for free with time.

Oh yeah, I will. Only had him for a little over a Month and I dont play H2H that often so he hasnt even put in 100 AB's yet.

Yes. I'm hitting around 340 with him online. For reference my lifetime online average is probably around 250.

Yeah I know that lol, I have a really good job which is the only reason I did that. No way I’m dropping 3 grand for stubs

I'm assuming the TA3 Jose Ramirez will be a poor mans Chipper. Slightly lower stats, lower speed but has a good swing and probably useable (J-ram better vs righties than Chipper who is better vs lefties).
Although personally Im using chipper because damnit I worked to earn him, I'm going to use him and like it.

Yes got him about 10 t0 14 days ago, can play 3B and SS, Best power switch hitter, I do not have Murray yet. I suggest getting Baines as well. My top three hitters are Robinson, Baines and Chipper.

I can not hit with Oritz, his fielding sucked for me.I play Thome at first. He will be replaced by Murray when I get to 350.

Can you really hit better with Thome than Ortiz? That is weird to me. Do you not pull the ball much?

Can you really hit better with Thome than Ortiz? That is weird to me. Do you not pull the ball much?
Depends on the hitter to pull the ball. I never been able to hit with Ortiz cards. To top it off he missed some plays at first that cost me some games. Yeah defense at least for me matters, Thome seems to make plays I know his defense Attributes are not great. Murray will be my end game First baseman when I get him.
