BR is hard if you go against someone way better than you who can use smaller pci's and have amazing eyes.

Ive been struggling lately but usually I'm good for 6ish wins per run at most. Best run was 9-2 and the end of the previous season which helped me get the 100pts in the program (without doing 2 more entries...)

I don't want to say 12-0 is impossible for me but its very much like expecting to win the lottery....It could happen but probably not.

Yeah Going 12-0 or even trying it is a journey BR is wild to say the least Iโ€™m trying to get the cumulative reward at least already at 65 BR points .

I think the worst thing, was being so close, having 2 outs, up 1, but knowing the guy I'm against is crushing everything. Literally, my 2nd out was a play at the plate... having your dreams crushed. hahaha

Only have ever gone 12-0 in BR one time. I go 9 and 10-0 often and then always choke or just play someone better than me. Truly think itโ€™s the hardest thing to do in DD. Iโ€™ve only got to 12 wins once this year after about 5-6 runs of getting to 11 wins.

You'll get it done and then once you've taken that mental hurdle it will become easier to repeat. Gotta have some luck in every run with your matchups and when you do face a goon, you gotta get rewarded for your good swings and hope the game cheats your opponent on their good swings.

Definitely takes a good amount of luck. Had a 11 win run last week in my last game I was down 1 in the bottom of the 3rd hit a perfect perfect with 96 Trevor story with a runner on base and it was a line out to left field. Mike Trout was my 12 win reward. Still donโ€™t have him that was the closest Iโ€™ve been and what feels like the closest Iโ€™ll get this year until I inevitably fork over the stubs for him.

That's rough. I could write an entire book series about BR runs where I got robbed at 10-0 or 11-0 exclusively. I even came to a point where I thought the game was deliberately running the RNG game against me because I had already gone 12-0 multiple times in the days prior. Of course that wasn't actually happening, but that's how crazy I've been robbed at times. It's part of the experience I guess.

I always lose BRs in the craziest of fashion. Yesterday I lost my 10-0 game when Gold Hunter Renfroe (literally 92 fielding/98 reaction) dropped a line out ball for the final out with runners on second and third. I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve ever seen an outfielder drop that before and Iโ€™m sure 90% of them are way worse than Renfroe.๐Ÿ˜ญ

Just went on a crazy run to get 11-0, was winning my game 12, and lost in the last inning with 2 outs... That's the hardest thing to do in DD, going 12-0.. Ended up losing the next game for good measure...

Thats awesome, i'm really good at going 0-2

11-1..huge! Sometimes you'll get that perfect slot-pull and go on a run. I've never been so lucky in BR.

My luck, evidently, is in pulling great cards with very little expenditure or effort. Not complainin' mind you.

Yesterday I was going for my first World series in the last 3 years, and a 12-0 banner.. luckily i got one, but couldn't pull out the other.. WS as some say, you can grind out, BR is a different animal.

Going 12-0 requires a good draft, lots of luck, some decent matchups..

12-0 banner is my last item to collect besides Trout and Chipper. Want it badly but experience many of the same occurrences here. Went 10-0 and started my matchmaking in the 6500s the other day. Needless to say, the competition was quite high at the point.

Biggest buzz kill for the AVG player who gets lucky (that's me)

Honestly you're so hyped up for the chance to get the 12-0, and you face a killer... then you're like fine, i'll settle for the high diamond, and you face another one.... As ppl say - getting to 11-0 is no small feat, just no reward! lol

Yeah skills and a little bit of matchup luck. My best run (8-1) faced a tough WS player on my 1-0 game and lost, and thought โ€œwell, another 1-2 runโ€, but got favorable matchups all the way to 8-1, then a goon (relative to my level of course). Bunch of 0-2 and 1-2 since, usually WS or 12-0 banners my first couple of games, or guys with 54-8 RS records.
