Rage Quitters

Past couple days I've had a person quit bottom of the 8th and 2 separate people quit mid homerun in Event games. There should be a time limit like Rocket League until they should be able to play again. So brutal. At least wait until the stats count..

I’d have at least 20 more HRs if it weren’t for dashboarders. Sucks when you need the stats for challenges and stuff

I understand your pain. Im not good online player, which is why i dont play it a lot. But, when I do, i try to push through no matter the outcome. The other day I had a moment when opponent hit a grand slam and went up 6-4 and I was pissed. My own pitching fault. And while I did want to quit...I put my head down, completed the game, took a 8-4 loss and sent a dm saying GG.

I can see how this would be taken as a weird complaint but at least let the homerun clear the fence and add to the score. I've rage quit myself but not mid play. And if we are going to play for 40/45 minutes why not play the last inning and a half out?

4 man rotation? I’ve been pretty solid with a 3 man rotation, at least until I made it to wild card. People finally stop quitting in the first 3 innings there. I think I was able to use Kluber 4 or 5 games in a row throw pennant race lol

Yeah through the first couple divisions I only needed 2. But now that I’m in the 600s I’m needing to keep my starters in longer. Especially since my bullpen isn’t the strongest yet and don’t want to burn my go-to relievers if I don’t need to.

Entitled? I wouldn't say that. Some of us respect the opponent and play on when we're losing and I guess we figure others would do the same. I have been losing most my games and I never quit. Every time I get a decent lead the other person quits. It's like I got to give up runs first, just to make sure the opponent keeps playing.
Too many poor sports.
It's not entitlement,, it's disappointment in fellow gamers who don't like competition. -

Right, give me the free win in less innings. More time for another game and saves my pitcher. I do kinda agree with being mad if the guy waits til the 8th or 9th to do it but I’d rather move on if I’m up 7 in the 5th.
As for the op, if you aren’t in all star I think ( maybe 300) you don’t lose points so they probably quit because they don’t want to waste any more time and try to find a win since the don’t lost points

i actually care about my RS record so i never quit or very very rare (happens to the best of us)

I’ve had someone rage quit on me twice now stopping me from finishing the granderson homerun in online game mission.
I remember people doing this back in the day when you had to hit the two homers in one game with Jr. it’s a pita when they quit and your stats don’t count -

Yeah true, I played 3 RS tonight, all three rage quit before the 3rd inning and only one was I actually smacking down ( he had a decent squad too) in three Oswald all three and got about 7 Ks . I’m undefeated so far but I suck so eventually I’ll start losing. I have a problem hitting but I can pitch for some dang reason, I doubt I’ll make it even to CS but I may as well try. Besides some of the booty hit results I just hit under too many balls

yeah im around 70 W's in events part of me wants to push it to get that prospects pack at the 90
