I finally uninstalled the game!

The funny thing is I just did it because I find the game way too repetitive and boring. When its not boring its infuriating and frustrating. I just unlocked Mariano Rivera too. After finishing the Team Affinity's and getting Chipper, Papi, Soriano, Jackie Robinson, and now Mo im just done. I have no desire to play this game. Plus today is my first day allowed back on the forum after a week's ban from it. Couldve been worse, they gave me a lifetime ban when I was a PS User lol. The moments, the gameplay, the missions, its just too [censored] redundant and its just not fun. Im supposed to grind for hours a day? Nah, im gonna go outside and go to a ballgame.

I've been playing/grinding less than usual early this year. For me it's not worth a ton of my time to grind for cards I won't use. I dont expect them to release a bunch of 99s this early so I'll wait and put the time in then.. Found myself logging in on Tues and Fri lately and thats it. I don't really wanna grind and get burnt out over 93s and 95s. They're good cards but not what I buy the game for. Take today for example... They're putting out a 95 Cliff Floyd and prob a 91 or 92 if we're lucky, Dave parker. Neither of those cards will ever get used by me and 90% of the player base. Some people are excited and thats cool but it doesn't do it for me. Long story short lol, I'm gonna wait and see what they release and go from there.

It feels stale. And recycled. There is a decent amount of content but that's it. They haven't upgraded any game modes in years it feels. They ignore things like franchise for years.. No new historic stadiums for years... The list could keep going unfortunately. Stadium creator is cool but I'd like to see them put in some effort to bring back more historic stadiums. They could do so much with them. Like I said, I'm not gonna uninstall or anything but I'm definitely saving my energy for better content.

I can uderstand that frustration. I was lucky enough to be able to pre-order a few of each system and didn't have to deal with all that. I knew there would be stock problems early but had no idea it would last this long. I really do believe SDS wanted to put stadium creator on ps4 and Xbox 1 though. It would be huge.

Ya I am in a similar spot all collections completed. I have Jackie, Mariano and Chipper but I dont feel like playin anythin other than ranked seasons but even with my team i cant hit to save my life

Personally I love this year's game. I understand people's frustration with it but having the 99 Jackie Collection sold me. That guy is never leaving my lineup.

If you don't care about your record like myself, you can try other stuff. I try missions in RS. For instance, the 15 HR mission with topps now and monthly. Took me a while with how the game is playing and I was on HOF when I was doing these. Good way to add some fun in the game. Also trying different cards. I have used a ton of different cards the last few years.

Yeah the pandemic really screwed with production; I expect after the next holiday season we’ll be able to walk in a store and get one. Hopefully, because I feel IF they release the game next year on old gens, it will be the last and bare bones.

I actually notice a lot of people commenting on here saying they understand exactly what im saying. So to say no one cares is 100% wrong and its you that needs to get out of here and dont let the door hit you on the [censored]. Go kiss some more SDS booty and lemme know how it smells.
