First - yes, there is a game update in the works, but I can't give details at this time. Stay tuned!
Re: Freezes - we're investigating the freezes and we're working to get them fixed. The reports and videos that were sent to us are super helpful, so thank you for those who sent them our way through the support portal (theshow.gg/support) and private channels.
Remember that posting about exploits may break the rules and can also very quickly become toxic, resulting in the thread being locked and or deleted. It's okay to talk about these things happening and to spread awareness, but it's typically not okay showcasing exactly how they're done (this can sometimes include links to YT videos, etc...)

I have not been keeping up with the game news lately so I don't know if this is in reference to it but my game has started crashing in the middle of Franchise games. It happens every once in a blue moon and I haven't lost any data, but it is frustrating.

Please fix this I am one who has no way of getting Jackie do to the freeze tried to pick my next card game me a double have submitted a ticket also PCI freezing not cool straight garbage hack in my opinion

Why are you thanking those who sent videos though your support portal and private channels? They did that and you did nothing until it got posted publicly on YouTube. They tried to do it your way and you did nothing. Going public and calling you out was what got your attention.
I'm not trying to be rude, or cause any drama because I understand that this must be a difficult time to work because of what is going on in the world, but we all know what got your attention.

They're not saying to inform them of the issues. They're saying to inform them through Support; nit by posting videos of the said glitches on the forum and/or YouTube.
I understand the dude wanting everyone to know about how it's done; but it's not rocket science that once he posted how to do it; it ramped up.
SDS wants to know what's going on; you just have to let them know via the proper channels.

In an ideal world, yes; but they didn’t even acknowledged its existence until the video came out; I mean, come on… You really believe they didn’t have hundreds of reports on this?

SDS: Hey guys we know the community has been talking about people cheating in the game and abusing technical issues. While we won't admit to remaining silent, we would like to address our devs finally being forced to give an answer due to the number of videos being posted online showing how to cheat and linking the videos to our community threads. Are devs are asking that people not post videos of cheaters and how to cheat, we would rather things remain silent and for us to collect our cash. ... FYI Headliner 19 is 3B -Todd Zeile (no secondary positions)

The way I see it is the more it’s posted and people are doing it, the quicker they will have to address it. Sitting on their hands or taking their sweet time fixing it won’t become an option when most games result in a freeze off where there are no consequences and clean players that spend money either start cheating themselves to get what they want without have to buy stubs or those that still don’t won’t to cheat will stop playing and stop buying stubs.

I have no doubt that they have been looking into and trying to resolve the issue and other issues.
The major concern, the one worth mocking is their communication...or lack there of.
The last two post that I have seen from Colin are the one that started this thread and him informing people that he "read almost everything..."
It really is embarrassing. And it is not an exaggeration when I say: Anyone who is client facing and/or makes connections to partner/client would be fired if this is how they communicated with stake holders and those invested in the product. But SDS is relatively small, they are all buddies and look-out for each other. Why critique or make changes if the cow is still making its milk...
I say keep making youtube videos, creating threads with links, hitting up twitter etc. etc. -- It really is the only way to get SDS and the "community managers" to actually do their jobs.
If you want them to work with the public, than we have to go public with issues.

Had a guy in my event game continually throw change ups in the dirt. I’m up 5-0 in the 2, game freezes. I’m sorry but I have not patience to wait for a win that means nothing, but hey SDS this has been an issues going in 2 gane cycles. Fix this bs because eventually your going to puss the community off enough that they stay away

Currently in a freeze off now. Intentionally walked to load bases and what do ya know....the Ole step off and throw home. So fun to play with people who just abuse games every possible way. Sent an email to SDS and now we hopelessly wait.

I'm currently in a 60+ hour freeze off. 2 players in a row froze me intentionally in BR and I'm too stubborn to just quit even though I realize that is probably my best course of action. At least if I'm stuck with them they can't freeze anyone else.
I checked some game logs for both of these players and I can clearly see they both use this glitch all the time. The current person has the 5x Flawless BR nameplate so they've profited quite a bit from cheating. I hope these people get punished on top of this being fixed.
edit: I think he finally gave up or got disconnected after 61 hours so I'm finally free. I think I'll avoid BR for a few days until this is patched

Ranked Online season DD game
top 9th 1-1 tie single to RF and game freezes up....
if i restart i lose.... ive been waiting in this freeze for an hour and 22 mins.....i even took a nap...
when can we get this stuff patched, ive lost about 15-20 Ranked online DD games due to this 1 issue !!!!!!
