Dude there is no need to spend money on packs….have you done all the topps now moments for instance? That is 100 dollars worth of stubs right there.
I haven’t spent a dollar and don’t grind offline all that much and have Chipper and Rivera.
The packs aren’t rigged they just aren’t worth money or stubs.

Probs not going to buy this game next year unless the rate is adjusted. I play a lot of ultimate team/diamond dynasty games that don't do this like the show.

I have trout, acuna, and ortiz so it's not like I'm hurting but it's more just a nuisance to have them flaunted all over and then you cave and buy some.

Idk I’m a big fan of the fact that the show makes it super achievable to get everything NMS. Honestly I’ve only bought a few headliner packs this year and spent $0. Just from free packs etc I’ve pulled 2 Mookie’s and an Acuna. That said if I was buying stubs and 50 packs I would be super upset.
Long story short this is the only game I know of with micro transactions where just not participating gets equally good results. If the downside of that is super crappy packs, I’m ok with it.

I mean this is by far the easiest one, Way easier than Mut.
I can’t fathom how someone could accuse Diamond Dynasty of being worse that ultimate team or MyTeam.
I guess if someone has zero patience and needs to spend 150 dollars on packs rather than just play the game and take the free packs it is possible the odds are slightly worse, but the other two modes don’t give away even a fraction of the free packs and auctionable reward players.

SDS is a 1 on a scale of 1 to 100 in regards to predatory practices with MyTeam being 100.

Way worse lol. You at least will get some sort of excitement from opening one of their big-pack bundles. Did I mention I had 5 balling is a habit packs and 5 headliners in there too and didn't get a single diamond? Trash.

How many of those games give out as many free packs and free stubs along with free diamond cards like The show does? The packs aren’t the problem you spending real money on them is knowing the odds are against you. You get plenty of free packs playing this game. I haven’t bought one single pack from the store and I’m sure I’ve opened close to 1,000 packs in this game.

This thread would be the equivalent to a casino giving a dude 1000 free dollars and he proceeds to lose it all and another 1000 doubling down on 16 consistently then blames the casino.
People don’t understand it’s a gamble you aren’t guaranteed or entitled to anything . What sport game doesn’t have terrible packs odds They all suck but people will keep buying them and casinos will still make millions, why ? because of chance and the high off the possibility of Winning .

How exactly do you think odds work? Because it doesn't seem like you have a grasp.
