Live Series Players
-
Do any of you folks use any?
I pulled Trout a few weeks ago and start him.
Also, Hader in my bullpen.
That's it.It's funny how we see a Live Series player like JT Realmuto (Diamond) and how much his card "sucks" compared to some of the Future Stars cards.
Half of these kids will have unspectacular careers.
Half of the rest will be career minor leaguers.
1 out of 10 will become a superstar.I get and love the youth movement in baseball, but "can't miss" prospects quite often miss. Badly.
Domonick Brown, Phillies fans? Kyle Drabek? You could write a book. -
Agree on the “future stars” cards being kind of ridiculous. Maybe Wander Franco and Kelenic should have beastly cards, but some of these dudes are not even top 50 prospects. As for LS I start Tatis and Acuna is on the bench. Sometimes Mookie makes the squad.
-
I only play offline, but I still have Chapman as my main lefty out of the bullpen, and while he's not in now, Realmuto has been great for me (though I'm liking the TA2 Bench card).
-
Yes, Ronald Acuna/Trout/ and as for my Starting pitching/bullpen DeGrom/Cole/ Chapman/Hader/ and even Nick Anderson until recently.
-
I start Trout and Tatis. Have Chapman and Hader in my pen.
-
Chapman is in the pen and Trout on the bench but that’s it. I used JRAM so much I was 86th to parallel him.
I don’t think LS cards were created to be played outside of theme teams. They are for a collection period. Like Acuna is what 200k and I rather start freaking Tim Salmon
-
Trout, Acuna, Tatis are starters and Chapman still get regular playing time for me. The parallel system has really helped out these LS cards.
-
Trout starts in RF for me, Chapman and Hader still in the pen. Other than them, no other LS players except maybe Winker as a bench bat when his inside edge is up against righties
-
Just tatis but I also don’t have any of the 90+ ones yet. Also use Hader and Chapman out of the pen
-
I like the Belli card
-
I have a lineup for each division, at this point still have a bunch of LS players on the team.
quite a few that will be hard to replace, and a few that i dont think will. -
