Who said he wasn't?

Left ohtani. Center trout. Right Buxton.
Buxton is the only one that can absorb the secondary penalty and not move down in fielding rarity (stays diamond)
And replace Jason bay then sell him tomorrow when he spikes.
Edit: Sorry for the double post
I have two of each of the bosses. Was thinking of licking a set in and selling a set.
Or selling a set and then holding on to the other set for later in the year.

If the SDSGods ever smile upon me and grant me the elusive Trout pull, i will never use him just because its taken so long to get him. Im content with my outfield as it is anyway.

I have a bunch of them. I could sell now for 500k but im hoping the hit 65k/ea tomorrow.
I will keep 1 Don and 1 Lee for awhile. I really like Mattingly, the best of the 3 imo

I apologize if you thought I was trying to start some [censored]. Dudes post sounded like he wasn’t wild about having Trout. Just stating what I believe to be true.

I would keep both goodrum and Santander because I value switch hitters on my bench. I would get rid of stanton or gallo, because their pcis are so small. Probably get rid of stanton and keep gallo because he is a diamond fielder at multiple positions, and will give you more options late game like using a double switch if you know the opposing player has a bunter leading off the 9th and you want to avoid having your pitcher hit for the next 2 innings.

I go Buxton in Center. He is wasted putting all that speed, reaction and fielding in a corner spot. Trout is good in Center, but Buxton is a beast.

Plus Buxton has a great arm so he is the best right field option right now unless you use 42 Gallo in right with the 99 arm.

Buxton can run down the foul balls in right that trout can’t plus you don’t want trouts noodle in right. He will cost you runs if you put him there. Since right field requires the strongest arm it’s Buxton or Gallo no question

Except trout is the best hitting card in the game right now. Not using Trout would weaken your team

Trout has a very good arm. I just think it is a waste for Buxton. I think speed, fielding and reaction in CF come in play way more than a RF arm does. Plus like I said, Trouts is just fine. I dont think there is a right answer, it is a personal preference really. I see your point. I just find it more relevant for me to have Buxton in CF. Either way probably wont make much of a difference in the long run.
I guess I meant Buxtons Speed, fielding and Reaction are much higher than Trouts, where as Trouts arm is only like 6 points less than Buxtons.

I agree. No right or wrong way to go about it. Plus once you parallel trout I believe he stays gold fielding in RF, and secondary position penalties dont effect arm strength. Buxton is a beast in the outfield tho. I personally hit better online with Buxton than trout. I might try switching them in the order and having trout bat second and Buxton 3rd.

An 80 arm and 85 at 5th parallel is not good enough in right field. But you’re right it’s all comes down to personal preference. I would much rather have Buxton patrolling the bigger field which includes right center and the foul lines as well as making people at least think about tagging up on anything to right field. But to each there own.

You're good, I didnt think that at all.

Current outfield is:
LF POTM Ohtani
CF POTM Buxton
RF 42 SantanderBench spots are
42 Griffey
42 Gallo
42 Goodrum
42 Stanton
Prime Jason BayWhere would you plug in Trout?
RF and replace Goodrum with Santander?
LF and replace Ohtani with Gallo?
CF and replace Stanton or Bay with Buxton?
I'm thinking the first one. RF and place Santander on the bench replacing Goodrum.
Your team looking roughy.
-
Who is your SS if you have Goodrum on the bench???
-
Organization in LF, Trout in CF, Buxton in RF. I would keep Goodrum since he can switch hit and play every position. Gallo to ph vs RHP. Gallo for LHP. Odd one out should be Santander or Bay but as another post said, sell Bay today he is up to almost 50k.
-
I don't have Trout (yet) but my OF is Griffey Jr. in LF, Buxton in CF, and Acuna Jr in RF. When I get Trout he will probably replace Buxton (who I don't hit that well with anyway), I'll put Trout in left, Acuna in CF and Griffey in RF.

42 Bogaerts. Huge Red Sox fan. He'll stay in my lineup for awhile. Only way Bogaerts will leave my lineup is if I somehow luck out and get to 100pts in the current BR program and take Story.
