It’s the same argument both ways. People just need to stop caring about what other people think/do. If NO ONE else saw your team ever.. would you still put NMS in your team name? That would be kinda weird wouldn’t it?
Saying your NMS or calling someone out for spending goes back to the same thing. Being insecure.

honestly I never understood the NMS flex. so your bragging you play video games all day long??? i would rather brag about spending money because i dont have time to grind video games 40 hours a week.... its not an achievement to play video games all day.

While I understand your stance, all human beings “care what others think.” In fact, those who say “I don’t care what others think” are illuding themselves for self-protection (making themselves feel better).

Some notable cards:
P5 Jackie: I was number 13/ to P4 but after taking a break from the game, I now got 542/, still really cool that I got a number ending in 42.
P5 Trout: 3.6k/ on Trout here, but having this P5 at all is an accomplishment in it of itself, really fun card. I pulled him in a TA pack earlier this year, part of how I was able to get him and finish the AL without spending a dime .
P5 Darren O’Day: 1/1! This is my first ever number one superfractor of the year, glad I was able to do it for a Yankee!
DIdn't O'Day just come out recently? How did you get P5 already? geez

There’s a difference between caring what others think in regards to being a decent human or being accepted in society and being insecure about what your team looks like on a video game. Being insecure in how you’re perceived in a video game community is a much deeper insecurity than what you’re referring too.

Do you see the team logo on that card? I get what you mean, but you did not P5 a Yankee. You P5’d an Oriole. He was phenomenal as an Oriole. He has appeared in 10 games for the Yankees.
