    1. No, it will not be Jeter.
    2. It's going to be Willie Mays Hayes.

    Fah-ac-t-s

Pedro Cerrano, Willie Mays Hayes, and Roger Dorn.
    Wild Thing a BR Reward
    Jake Taylor WS reward

Roger Dorn with 35 fielding , yikes

By the way, Judge volunteering to play CF tonight shows just how terrible of a teammate Jeter actually was and deserves to have his reputation trashed.

Jeter COULD have moved to 3B to accommodate ARod, but chose to put his ego ahead of the team and actively made the team worse by refusing to move.

I understand the fascination from yankee fans for a Jeter card, but how usable in this game would he really be? High contact, low power, and average defense doesn't play in this game. Can't see having anymore than 70s power and maybe low gold defense...maybe

What makes you think Jeter would ever be “low power”? Jackie has 88 power for 137 career HRs. Jeter has about twice as many in about twice as many games. So if it was a prime card or a postseason card it could easily be slightly above Jackie (and justifyably so) with maybe 93-95 pop

Jackie had a career .474 SLG and .162 ISO
Jeter had a career .440 SLG and .130 ISO

So no, Jeter wouldn't be slightly above Jackie in power. He would be quite a bit below Jackie..

And if you want to bring up Derek playing twice as many games as Jackie, please don't... There's quite a big reason for that.

A similarly accurate card to Derek Jeter would be Robin Yount... That's the accurate level of excitement of a Jeter card to everyone but Yankee fans

What if it’s a postseason card? That’s where your argument falls apart

Ramone said there will be new legend(s), Jeter was on the Jump Start pack.
It will be a huge reveal during the live stream, and then you’ll return to this post to comment “Wow, you were right!’

Average speed SS with no pop... Nothing more than a glorified Michael Young... Who cares?

Not really.. Jeter has a .465 SLG in postseason. Not much different..
Jeter didn't have power man.. that's it... He had amazing ability to inside out anything for base hits. He had lots of great offensive abilities. Power? Not one of them.
He hit 20+ homers 3 times in his 20 year career, and never more than 24.

Is Derek your uncle? Starting to think he is

It’s almost like postseason cards are based off a single postseason

What if it’s a postseason card? That’s where your argument falls apart

If he was in the game he would just be a worse Jackie Robinson.

Only thing I hate more than the Yankees is there fanbase.

He'd be Robin Yount, with worse defense, a bit more contact..

Just what we need more middle infield contact hitters...

As much as I think the guy is a total dork, ARod would be way more exciting

It’s almost like postseason cards are based off a single postseason

Your failing to factor in the fact that postseason cards aren't going to be a players best card(see Lou Gehrig). Any of the main 4 card series and Jeter has lower power than Jackie, plain and simple. Even if you found a postseason where Jeter has crazy power numbers it won't be his best card when it comes to contact, vision, speed , and fielding.
