Because a VPN router capable of gaming can run in the thousands of dollars. Most routers can download firmware to make it compatible with VPNs but will kill your connectivity do to how VPNs work. It’s not cost effective and most of these script kiddies are using garbage stressers to accomplish this. Anybody who understands DDOS knows that these shells are weak and most of the time actually ineffective. And anybody using a quality shell isn’t using it to play a video game and cheat they are trying to take down corporate firewalls to actually hack systems.

so it sounds like unless you're some hacker genius' son playing games w daddy's equipment were dealing w low level basement dwellers living under mommy's wine cellarsAlso Callof Duty has been able to mitigate this [censored] by using dedicated servers. A person would need to use thousands of gb’s of spam to take one of those servers down. That’s the equivalent of a large bot farm which would cost thousands of dollars to accomplish this task. Our servers are not dedicated and would only need 2-3 gb’s of spam to accomplish the same task.

I run opensource firmware on my router and it implements built in VPN and If I set my VPN location to somewhere in my state or a couple neighboring states, I literally lose no performance in latency and all around connection strength. I lose a little in DL/UL speed but I have 1G/1G which is overkill as it is.. even I lost 70% of that, it's still overkill for online gaming.

Cain is for password cracking.... And not a single person that knows how to flood someones Ip is going to do it advertising their own IP address lmao. Even a moron first timer can randomize the source IP every packet sent so you'll never know who it was. It's not expensive or hard to do and you dont need a "special router'.
Dude there's literally no way you're a network engineer. You just stated some of the most day 1 amateur networking bullet points. Almost like a copy paste from a google search. Most of it being wrong or over dramaticized.

So for $100 i can get a 12-0 run? I assume no magic so I will have to log in and someone, 12 someone's will lose? With said 12-0 pack I can pick a card, one card......or I can buy 150k in stubs and almost get 3 of these cards off the market.
