Intentional walking, using the rosters of 99 pitcher vs 0 stat players spamming X to get strike outs, all still work for grinding xp, yes it will take twice as long, but you can pull up netflix, watch a movie, and get 30k xp without even looking at the game. The just made it slower, didn't take any of the brokenness away.

Sure if that's the ONLY way you could earn XP. But it's not as I posted earlier. Your 518 games completely ignores collections, showdown, conquests, player programs, & daily missions.

if you haven't been able to finish a game all night then it's most likely on your end. Other than the unscheduled "maintenance" to finally turn off 2x XP I have had 0 issues with the servers and I'm not even hard wired.
But again if you are going to "just give numbers" you should provide an accurate accounting which would include all the other ways you can earn XP. If it was only earned from ranked games then I'd be 100% behind you. But that's not the case so it's just misleading at best and whining at worst.
Insulting me doesn’t take away from the actual issue at hand, the current, right now problem. The servers are still not fixed so people get maybe 60-70% of base xp, not even the minimum they should. There’s no reason to take away 2x until they can resolve their ongoing issues.

I just hit 115k xp today and all I've done is the conquest map, dailies offline and a few USA conquest maps. I sold Lofton, so I haven't done the 1st inning boss collection. Just play and you'll get there.

1 big inning. LOL. I get excited scoring 1 run on HOF. Simply can't react or recognize pitches. I have hit so many balls in the PCI for no hits it is laughable. Didn't like the HOF game play at all. Tanked from 850 to 400. I had more fun last year using different cards. After I went to 400 one of the program missions is 21 runs with rookie, breakout and prospect cards. So I loaded my lineup with all my silver and gold rookie and breakout cards. Of course I faced Burnes again for the 20th time already. Won like 6-2 and got 6 runs for that mission. Probably the most fun I have had playing this game. I will continue to load up my RS team for missions and dailies. When I get to the rank I can't complete any of these I will tank back down. Way more fun than playing on HOF.
Also sold all my cards like Brett, Hershiser, Seaver and some others and started on collections since I have never done them until the last few months before the next one. Already got Braves and the NL west done. Gonna take a
while on that though. Think my competitive days are done on this game. Play just to have fun now. -

You were something like 34 and 11 before you started tanking. Sounds like you just want to stay in a lower league so you can dominate opponents.

Hardcore users (or exploiters) will easily hit 650 in a week or less.
Average users will still get to 350k, but it might take longer than 2-3 weeks.
Breaking News... SDS releases content each inning that pushes the average user to 350k before the Inning is over.
People should spend less time complaining and contemplating negative outcomes. Take time away from the boards and go play the game for a week after content drop, then come back.
TBH- All I see is people complaining for the sake of complaining, because attempting to create conflict where none exists, is all you know.

I was at 70-80 hours in the first inning, and without double xp and the 100k at the end I would have been borderline to even get 350k.

Yes but you also said you didn't get xp for showdown and a bunch of other things so if it had accumulated correctly I'm sure you would've been well past 350k. Especially considering the super easy collections they added at the end for an extra 100k xp. I am already at around 150k on this program and I've just been playing conquest and trying to level up my CAP for those XP boosts at the end of each path. Definitely doable

I had 90 hours, didn't do any of the exploiting stuff. Barely touched BR and the event. Close to 25 ranked games.
Hit 650 with 5 days to spare. Didn't even need the free 100k from the last minute collection.
TBH, you don't seem efficient with your time in DD.

I just want to have a fun gaming experience. When a former pro baseball player can't react or recognize pitches, there is something else wrong. Just as I have been saying for years. I could hit a 95 mph fastball irl but not on a video game. OK. Connections are still screwed up and have been for years. So, I will do what I want to make the game fun for me. Can't remember my record last year but I quit out of like 200+ games. I would rather have fun than to play 9 innings of a video gam where I can't react or recognize pitches. I stopped caring about my record last year.
Dominate opponents? LOL. I was using a gold and silver lineup.
