I worked in accessibility for 15 years,
Games nowadays more or less all have a colourblindness setting that adjust colours.
I don't need that here. Simply need the arrows to be more distinct or different colours.I understand, as I said I'm not claiming to be an expert in this situation specifically. I just wanted to chime in from the perspective that if you mention the problem, a solution must be found. It's a rebuttal to the point above questioning whether or not there's actually a problem. If it's a problem for you, then it's a problem. I'd suggest filing a formal support ticket and describe the access issue in detail.

The PS5 has a color blind setting that allows you to test and adjust for the 3 main types. It's been stated on Reddit though that if you have a monitor or TV and your HDR is enabled, that everything seems illuminated and might be harder to differentiate.
Good luck with the ticket.

I would think that the flashing or pulsing of the arrows would have covered that.
That isn't how colourblindness works. So you think wrongly.

They have glasses for that stuff right?

It's completely impossible at the moment. How was that not playtested and why weren't colourblind players considered?
Thanks
Sorry to sound like an ignorant person, but I did some quick research before posting and still can't figure out the issue you or even somebody with the most extreme color blindness would have.
The lines show on the wall and shading changes from white to yellow to green. All with a pulsing.
I don't understand the issue. Could you elaborate please?
You sure as [censored] are juggling them SDS
balls in your mouth looking for a job.It is rather amusing seeing you run all over the forum being a good lil boy.
You must be somebody's shill, or second account.
Either way, enjoy your trolling. You and your buddy always magically like each other's posts. Maybe you should be roommates. Maybe step brothers. Then you can become best friends and do karate in the garage.

I do hope they get this fixed soon for the color blind if that's really the problem. However accessibility has an exactly been the name of the game this year so I wouldn't hold my breath. Not that it won't get fixed but who knows when. If the other problems in the game are any indication.

I'm aware, but the contrast of the arrows changing from white to yellow to green would cover that. The sequencing of the color changing would show an ever so slight difference during the transition.
Never pretended to be an expert. Just trying to help here.
Wrongly also isn't a common word in the US or the queen's english and has very selective use. Thinking can't be wrongly. It can be mistaken or wrong. Not picking a fight here. It's too early on a Sunday.

As I already explained, it does not. Hence this submission. I can't understand why you're struggling with this.

I don't have anything to add as suggestions, but I hope they can work something out for you and other players in the same situation. Accessibility is very important for everyone, as everyone should be able to enjoy a game. Good luck!

Thank you! I wish other users in this sub were as understanding and supportive.

Best of luck then.
Again, I was trying to help and identified that I wasn't an expert and was trying to understand. I think mechanically. It's why I mentioned the arrow shading as a possibility.
Also, colour and color was a tell that you weren't US based in all likelihood.

You were clearly trying to be obnoxious but judging from another user's comment to you you have form for this, so I don't mind.
Have a great day!

It isn't ignorant! It's not as big of a dissiability as the op is leading on. I have a brother who is 100% color blind and he drove tank for U.S. Army and now drives cross country in a big rig. The arrows pulsing would accomodate a color blind person.
My brother also drag races and if you are familiar with that, then you would know the "Chritmas tree" as we call it is 3 colors that pulse's in a vertical state and he does perfectly fine with it. So do not feel guilty about your post they were legitimate responses.

So people with color blindness can't see a light arrow turn dark?? I think thats what he's trying to say. Why attack him. This thread is a perfect example of what this community is like. Immature, entitled, triggered nobodys

They got bigger fish to fry, than being able to see a homerun rob indicator. They'll get around to it when they solve their bigger issues, such as server errors, xp, etc.

Ahh I didn't realize he was trolling. I can understand in certain situations how color blindness could affect you in gaming, but this complaint seemed a little silly but I try not to judge. I just think its nuts how triggered people are over somebody questioning it. I can barely get on these forums anymore... They're so bad.
