If only 50 people get chosen, good luck finding a match. Those that get chosen should worry more about gameplay than the market and play a whole game not just bat and quit.

That's why you run it like an actual test, games are played at specific times, set up a private server to broadcast matches so devs can watch and talk with the players that are playing, get specific feedback from testers not just a survey filled out.

I'm curious about what criteria is used, as well. To be honest, this seems like something that should take more than username consent to be a part of. Maybe a survey, questionnaire, test of some sort. I'm hopeful that folks who will provide actual constructive input are selected. To anyone chosen: please don't mess this up and phone it in.

When I first saw the title to rhe poat; I said, "Wait, SDS said they weren't sending out invites till the 13th".
The title of the post was vague. Now if you would've wrote: 'Today is the last day to sign up foe the Beta. Wonder who will be chosen when they send out invites on the 13th?' that would've been interpreted differently.
