Are they ready to give refunds now?

I spent almost 2 hours talking to PlayStation Support yesterday. They won’t give it if you’ve played the game. They said SDS has to give the refund call. It’s on you SDS. Something is very wrong with this game.. I’ve lost Stubs multiple times, lost JR Edition bonuses, lost progress and DD team/cards. And as of yesterday lost my 2 RTTS characters stuff after the patch.
Release the refunds. We’ve been ripped off.

I will never understand someone that wants only one company to make a product. The more companies that compete against each other the better the products become for the consumer.

I basically read this as if it was voiced by a 3 year old having a temper tantrum in the grocery store checkout line because mom said no to getting a candy bar.

I’m not going to wait to play. I’ll just go play a different game.
I am playing different games. The moment I see server hiccups or unhandled exceptions I shut the game and switch to something else. I am not going to bang my head against the wall playing Showdown 10 times only to have 7 runs not count.
It is surely disappointing. The server issues, the RTTS and Ballplayer bugs and such are atrocious. But, I bought the game to play off and on for the next 9-12 months. Not just the first 10 days.
But that’s the problem. This Gabe am has a one year lifespan then you buy a new one. If a GTA game has issues for a month, you know that game will be viable for years. This one you are losing value on it by the day.
