Maintenance?

Maybe so, but that's usually when I'm checking my transactions from the previous night and doing a bit of market flipping before work. Morning maintenance is better than later in the afternoon/evening, but a slight adjustment to their schedule would certainly be appreciated. I think 5am or 6am EST (2am/3am PST) would be better.

@the_dragon1912 that is not true. Lots of people play early in the morning. Myself being one of them, I usually get most if my gaming in around 5am-8am then again at night. Pushing it to more of the middle of the night instead of first thing in the morning on the east coast would be better in my opinion.

Half of the fan base are geezers with families and jobs who have to play early in the morning before work and before everyone wakes up and all hell brakes loose. This is my morning meditation and I’m in SF.

I beat the showdown yesterday and the server counted it as a loss. How is that me being bad? How is a baserunner disappearing me being bad.

Hope more than maintenance is being done. Maintaining this level of server stability is not a good thing.

Sure, but surely they have data to back up their maintenance times? It used to be at 6am eastern for years. They just recently pushed it back to 7. I'm willing to bet this game has more late night West coasters playing than early morning east coasters. And the fact that SDS is west coast themselves they are always going to run on a west coast schedule

I would hope that they have years worth of data and know exactly when the player base is at it's lowest and that they choose that time to update the servers.
There is absolutely no time that they could choose that would make everyone happy.

@the_dragon1912 if they have data to back up that 7am EST is when the least number of users then I will concede that they are making the best decision. Being one of the people that plays at that time it's frustrating but if it gets the game to run consistently I can live with it for a few weeks
