What does linking even do for you? Why are people linking the game? Not being a smart [censored] I honestly don't know what it does.

Those of us who have both an Xbox and a Playstation would like to be able to play on either platform, with the progress shared across both. In order to do that, you have to link your PSN account with the Xbox Live account. The issue is - if the accounts weren't linked in a specific way - you would lose all of the progress you'd made so far. For most of us, that progress is shown on the MLBTS account, but not on either console. The PSN and XBox accounts are linked to each other, but not to the MLB The Show website account. And there doesn't appear to be any way to unlink the two console accounts, in order to link them to the web site.

This has got to be something that can be resolved on the SDS side no? Simply fixing MLBTS site to properly link with each console

I believe we just need to be able to unlink the accounts. Once we do that, our progress will be back. We just have to wait until its fixed and we can properly unlink. Hoping for tomorrow

So...you want to know who wants to get robbed by lawyers after "getting robbed" by SDS?

Your case is going to be heard in 2-3 years, there is an agreement you signed when you bought the game and your stuff will be back soon.
Good luck with that. The only winner here will be the lawyers.
I am not sure you can even sue them. When you signed the TOS agreement there is stuff in there about arbitration.
I believe you would have to accept the offer. If SDS gave you one. Which is usually a 10 pack of cards and maybe some stub. If people don't except then they can most likely file a law suit. That's what happend when Sony ps3 or Ps4 went down for like 3 months. They offered two free games. For you not to be part of a class action law suit. Which I took the free games. I took the free games back then. Also when SDS was having server issues for the show 17 they gave away everyone a free 10 pack bundle. So look out for that to happen again.

My thing is will I get my cards back and keep the cards that I had to buy all over again if I unlink.

I think you are going to be in a weird situation. If you bought stuff all over again, you basically did it in a brand new account. You will basically have 2 accounts. I have no idea if SDS can combine them into one.

Heres an idea....when you have a game where the servers arent stable yet, maybe wait until they are before you start spending money. This isn't rocket science....stuff like this happens every year.
I'll never understand why people are dumb enough to pour hundreds into an online game the second it comes out instead of just taking the first week or two to grind a little, get some practice with some regular players before pumping money into a GOD Squad at launch.

Yeah someone said mentioned that yesterday. That happened when I linked my account to the the show nation. Cause I also got it on xbox gamepass so I can play on my phone at work.

Heres an idea....when you have a game where the servers arent stable yet, maybe wait until they are before you start spending money. This isn't rocket science....stuff like this happens every year.
