Class Action Lawsuit for Unlinking issue

I have the over/ under at 10,000 for the number of lawyers that tell you 10 days isnt enough for them to try and fix it.
Please let us know.
(For sds: no actual gambling is taking place). -
maybe its just a ploy to get SDS attention and give us ANY kind of info on the matter... even if its just, hey we know you guys are [censored] right now but we are working on it .... zero acknowledgement is the main problem here.. none of us know if it is on the list to be fixed... imagine playing 40 hours, buying 200 in stubs, grinding for another 300k, unlocking trout AND degrom then poof. all gone . no sign of it anywhere. 9 days and no response...

It has to be a ploy for attention. Nobody in their right mind would think a class action lawsuit would ever even get heard for this.

Shoot 10 years wow. NBA 2K already shut down 2K19 servers at end of 2020. LOL. They don’t care who spent VC on their games.

Umm on Twitter they have said they’re working on fixing the server issues and they have done multiple server maintenances over the last week. I don’t know about you but I would rather have them working hard to fix the issues instead of sending “thousands” of generic emails saying the exact same thing that they are working to fix the issues.
Spending time fixing the servers > sending useless emails that say they are “working on it”

Technically it was just under 10 years but Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 servers were up from 2007 until 2016....but there was 1 guy in the forums who would threaten lawsuits every time a game shutdown lol. It was hilarious. I can understand playing games and being bummed out but by 2016, most of us were on PS4 playing newer, better games.

You do realize every part of the game is on servers right? That’s how an online video game works. Your profile is stored on a server, the records of your purchases are stored on a server, the marketplace is on a server, your collection progress is on a server, etc. so what part of your issue does not involve a server?

Those of us who have both an Xbox and a Playstation would like to be able to play on either platform, with the progress shared across both. In order to do that, you have to link your PSN account with the Xbox Live account. The issue is - if the accounts weren't linked in a specific way - you would lose all of the progress you'd made so far. For most of us, that progress is shown on the MLBTS account, but not on either console. The PSN and XBox accounts are linked to each other, but not to the MLB The Show website account. And there doesn't appear to be any way to unlink the two console accounts, in order to link them to the web site.
